The Fox and the Grapes by Aesop. When the fox fails to reach the grapes, he decides he does not want them after all, an example of adaptive preference formation, designed to reduce cognitive dissonance.[1]
Cognitive dissonance is an uncomfortable feeling caused by holding conflicting ideas simultaneously. The theory of cognitive dissonance proposes that people have a motivational drive to reduce dissonance. They do this by changing their attitudes, beliefs, and actions.[2] Dissonance is also reduced by justifying, blaming, and denying. It is one of the most influential and extensively studied theories in social psychology.

Experience can clash with expectations, as, for example, with buyer’s remorse following the purchase of an expensive item. In a state of dissonance, people may feel surprise,[2] dread, guilt, anger, or embarrassment. People are biased to think of their choices as correct, despite any contrary evidence. This bias gives dissonance theory its predictive power, shedding light on otherwise puzzling irrational and destructive behavior.

A classical example of this idea (and the origin of the expression “sour grapes”) is expressed in the fable The Fox and the Grapes by Aesop (ca. 620–564 BCE). In the story, a fox sees some high-hanging grapes and wishes to eat them. When the fox is unable to think of a way to reach them, he surmises that the grapes are probably not worth eating, as they must not be ripe or that they are sour. This example follows a pattern: one desires something, finds it unattainable, and reduces one’s dissonance by criticizing it. Jon Elster calls this pattern “adaptive preference formation.”[1]

LOS ANGELES -- Astronaut Gordon Cooper, one of the original seven Mercury astronauts, has confirmed the existence of a mind control program administered by NASA in the 1950's and 1960's involving gifted American schoolchildren.

The astronaut's revelation was made during a July 19th interview by host Mike Siegel on the popular, late-night radio program, Coast to Coast.

During a discussion that primarily focused on Cooper's beliefs that extraterrestrial beings are visiting planet Earth and that some UFO's are alien spacecraft, Siegel asked Cooper: "Who were the space kids?"

Cooper answered that "the space kids were children with exceptional mental abilities run through a kind of MK program, like the things that are coming out now."

He went on to describe how NASA's mind control program emphasized cultivation of the children's psychic abilities and that it involved telepathy, remote viewing, and out-of-body-experiences (OBE's).

Cooper's remarks generally support the claims of a growing cadre of Americans, now in their thirties, forties, and fifties, who are recovering memories of unusual classes that they were enrolled in as young children during the advent of the Space Age.

These "study groups" included speed reading lessons that enabled students to comprehend entire passages at a single glance, the use of learning machines to teach them vast amounts of information, card games and other situational exercises involving clairvoyance, and seminars in the guided imagination that forms the basis of remote viewing.

It is believed that NASA's mind control program was directed at preparing children who would later be able to communicate with the non-human intelligent species that humanity might encounter in space.

This thesis is supported by the fact that one experiencer remembers being tutored in a hieroglyphic alphabet that author Fritz Springmeier has identified as a set of "intergalactic symbols" developed by NASA for the purpose of communicating with extraterrestrial civilizations.

The accounts of some individuals suggest that in some cases, the children involved were given drugs to enhance memory and learning and were physically spun on table top-like devices to induce the altered state of consciousness associated with OBE's.

There are many dangers to the human race, some real and some imagined. I believe that the trauma-based mind control which this book exposes is the greatest danger to the human race. It gives evil men the power to carry out any evil deed totally undetected. By the time the astute reader finishes this book, they will be as familiar with how to carry out trauma-based mind-control as some of the programmers. Ancient and more recent secrets will no longer be secrets.

Over the years, I have spent thousands of hours studying the Illuminati, the Intelligence agencies of the world, and the occult world in general. The centerpiece of these organizations is the trauma-based mind control that they carry out. Without the ability to carry out this sophisticated type of mind-control using MPD, drugs, hypnosis and electronics and other control methodologies, these organizations would fail to keep their dark evil deeds secret.

When one of the mind-control programmers of the Church of Scientology, who has left Scientology, was asked about MPD, he said, "It’s the name of the game of mind control." Research into this subject will never be complete. This book has tried to give a comprehensive view of how the programming is done.

The basic techniques were developed in German, Scottish, Italian, and English Illuminati families and have been done for centuries. Some report that some of the techniques go back to ancient Egypt and ancient Babylon to the ancient mystery religions. The Nazis are known to have studied ancient Egyptian texts in their mind control research. The records and secrets of the generational Illuminati bloodlines are very-well guarded secrets.

Even when I’ve learned about the location of secret depositories of some of the Illuminati’s secrets in Europe, America, and Asia, their records and secrets are too well-guarded to be examined. The intelligence agencies, such as MI-6 began investigating these mind-control techniques early this century, but their records have been routinely destroyed and tampered with. There are some survivors and professionals who know that the British used programmed trauma-based MPD (DID) agents in W.W. I.

In Jan., 1987, Richard Kluft submitted an article to the American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis about 8 MPD patients who were between 60 and 72 years of age. Traugott Konstantin Oesterreich (1880-1949), who was professor of philosophy at Tubingen University, Germany studied MPD and demonic possession and wrote a classic study of it in 1921 entitled Possession Demonical & Other, which was translated into English in 1930. His classic work on this subject provides documented cases which reveal that the basic trauma-based mind-control was going on in Germany, France & Belgium long before the 20th century. Although he is unable to put together all the pieces and the clues for what they are, the reader of this book might enjoy reading the 1930 English translation of his classic work after they finish this book.

Oesterreich’s research in early 1900s was the type of research that the Nazi mind-control programmers were very aware of. In 1921, the Germans such as Oesterreich would describe personality switches, by the term "somnambuliform [hypnotic states] possession" or "demonical somnambulism" or what might be called "Besessenheit von Hypnotismus und bõsen Geistern."

The ability to study both the spiritual & psychological aspects of mind-control phenomena, is often lacking today. There are exceptions such as Dr. Loreda Fox’s book The Spiritual Dimensions of MPD. In the 1920s, the Germans also were aware that the human mind has a variety of ego-psycho-physiological states rather than one unified mind, which they termed "Sub jecklose Psychologie" or the psychology of having correlated psychological states rather than the concept of a single ego. The Germans and Italians under the Nazi and Fascist governments began to do serious scientific research into trauma-based mind control.

Under the auspices of the Kaiser Wilhelm Medical Institute in Berlin, Joseph Mengele conducted mind-control research on thousands of twins, and thousands of other hapless victims. Himmler supervised genetic research. The Nazi research records were confiscated by the Allies and are still classified.

A trip can be made from downtown Washington D.C. on a gray-government van which serves as a shuttle to the Suitland Annex where the government’s secrets are buried including research papers captured from the Nazi Mind-Control research.

Most of Mengele’s concentration camp research is still classified. Much of it dealt with mind control. A researcher can visit the top floor, but underground below the top floor are the real secrets. The real secrets are lying in millions of sheets of classified documents hidden behind blast proof doors. There they have vault after vault, and row after row of top-secret files that only a few privileged persons with security clearances above COSMIC--such as with a "C3" or "MJ" security clearance can visit. Everyone with these high security clearances which I have identified is connected to the Illuminati. Each underground area at Suitland Annex has its own subset of secret access words, known only to the initiated.

Most of the OSS records have been destroyed, a few have been left, the important ones have been misfiled or remade. (This is according to a reliable British intelligent agent.) Also according to reliable inside sources the CIA is working night and day to remake old records, to expunge all the real dirty secrets from their records.

The basement of CIA HQ is known as "the Pit," In the Pit documents are being shredded and burned on a round the clock basis. The large remains of these secrets are sold for landfill. The Illuminati have developed secrecy to a fine art. They train their people in the art of secrecy from the time they are born. Most everything they do, is done orally. They are trained not to write rituals and other things down. There is very little paper trail left by the Illuminati.

The creation of slaves with photographic memories facilitates this secrecy. But this book is not about how they have managed to keep their trauma-based Monarch Mind-Control a secret. They have managed only to keep it a secret to the general public. They have not been able to completely cover-up the millions of wasted lives that their programming has ruined.

For many years, they were able to shut-up and quietly discard their programmed multiples by labeling them Paranoid Schizophrenics. But therapists are now correctly identifying these people as programmed multiples and are not only diagnosing them better but giving them better treatment.

After Candy Jones’s husband deprogrammed her enough that she could participate in writing a book exposing some of what had been done to her, the secret was out. (See The Control of Candy Jones Hypnotism and the CIA by Donald Bain.) Ever since then, the intelligence agencies and the Illuminati have been carrying out damage control. Their biggest damage control campaign has enlisted the power of Hollywood and the controlled Media. This campaign is known as the False Memory Syndrome campaign, or as those of us who know the facts like to call it ""the false memory spin-drome."

The headquarters of the False Memory Spin-drom Foundation is located at 3401 Market St., Suite 130, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Some of the original founders were doctors of the University of Pennsylvania. The inside story about these early FMS doctors of the University of Pennsylvania is that they practiced Satanic Rituals during their work days. What is unusual about this--is that generally satanic rituals are performed at night, but these doctors did their coven work during the day. I know about these men. Now you can see why these men started the FMS! They started it to cover their own sins, because many of them were abusers themselves. In other words many of the EMS people are abusers of trauma-based mind-controlled slaves, or the victims of abuse who are in denial about their own abuse from trauma-based mind-control. Martin T. Orn (the person credited with founding the FMS) had ties to the CIA.

Two members of the EMS advisory board, Ralph Underwager, Ph.D. and theologian, along with Hollida Wakefield, M.A. let the cat out of the bag when they publicly supported pedophilia (that is adults having sex with children). Their support of pedophilia came in an interview with a Dutch magazine Paidika, The Journal of Pedophilia (Winter, 1993).

Although the False Memory Syndrome Foundation gets upset at any mention that there might be a conspiracy by the perpetrators of mind-control, because conspiracies supposedly don’t and can’t happen, they want us to believe that all therapists are conspiring together to implant false memories of abuse into their clients, which could not be further from the truth.

Monarch slaves typically run into a great deal of denial by their therapists that anything like this could be happening. The bottom line is that Multiple Personality Disorder (now referred to as Dissociative Identity Disorder) is a recognized bona fide diagnosis. False Memory Syndrome is not a recognized medical or psychological diagnosis and does not appear in the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual III-R nor the recently released DSM-IV.

Those who followed Fritz’s writings have learned about the close working relationship between the Mondavi’s and the Rothschild's (see his article about the Mondavi/Rothschild Napa Valley winery). Guess who got the court precedence which gives the EMS some legal ground to attack therapists? The precedence was supposedly a wife who went to a doctor who told her she had syphilis. The wife assumes she got it from her husband and divorces him. Then she learns she doesn’t have syphilis. The husband then sues the doctor. Upon this bizarre case rests the legal precedence for a third party to sue a person who gives advice, such as family members suing a therapist.

Upon this weak precedence, an abusive father who worked for Monday in a winery in California successfully destroyed a legitimate therapist who was trying to save his daughter who was a programmed Monarch victim. Supposedly the therapist had implanted false memories of rape in his daughter, when the record shows that the daughter’s mother told the therapist the girl had been raped by the father.

When a valid case of SRA and repressed memories went to trial in Washington state involving a police officer whose family was MPD, Dr. Richard Ofshe of the False Memory Spindrom showed up to cause mischief. And mischief he did work. The case involved the children of a ""Christian"" police officer named Ingram who had satanically ritually abused his family for years. The daughter won in court, but Ofshe of the EMS was not above writing a book full of lies and distortions about the case. Lynn Crook, who was the abused daughter in the case wrote up a paper exposing what EMS person Richard Ofshe did to her, The controlled media is giving full license and great coverage to the EMS people.

Rather than fighting the government for scraps of declassified documents which have had their secrets marked out, and which may even be fake documents manufactured by the CIA, I have decided that there is a much better approach to expose the Monarch Mind Control to the world. If a person could never go to Nepal, he can see pictures of it and believe it exists. If a person can not get into the top secret records of the CIA and Office of Naval Intelligence and MI6, they can be given the exact RECIPE for creating a Monarch slave.

I believe that by giving the step by step recipe, people will see that A. all the ingredients are available, B. it is possible to combine the ingredients, C. all it takes is the motive to do it, and that motive is self-evident. We’ll even provide some of the names and places as we go along.

This book will provide the step-by-step recipe for making a Monarch Mind-Controlled slave, It is a trauma-based mind control which programs multiple personalities using every known technique of mind-control. Every type of mind-control technique has been combined into a group package which makes the total package almost impossible to break. It is this ability to synthesize all these methods into a group package which is so powerful.

Edward Hunter, author of Brainwashing In Red China, testified in 1958 before a U.S. Congressional House Committee on Un-American Activities:

"Since man began, he has tried to influence other men or women to his way of thinking. There have always been these forms of pressure to change attitudes. We discovered in the past thirty years, a technique to influence, by clinical, hospital procedures, the thinking processes of human beings. Brainwashing is formed out of a set of different elements ... hunger, fatigue, tenseness, threats, violence, and in more intense cases...drugs and hypnotism. No one of these elements alone can be regarded as brain washing, any more than an apple can be called apple pie. Other ingredients have to be added, and a cooking process gone through. So it is with brainwashing..."

Hunter said brainwashing was a Red Chinese threat. He said that the Chinese were the ones using these tactics. In reality, this mind control was being done in the U.S. and Hunter was a pawn to help justify the criminal activities of the programmers should they ever be found out behind their cover of "National security."

The handlers of mind-controlled slaves carry around a black or grey 3 ring notebook or a lap top computer with the access codes and triggers. Some of the programmers and handlers have this all memorized. The deepest parts, core/gems/executive committee, false trinity etc. are charted in esoteric language such as Enochian, Hebrew (which is considered magical), and Druid symbols.

I have never gotten the opportunity to look at one of these, although a number of the slaves who I’ve talked with have while they were being programmed. These notebooks have color-coded graphs showing the arrangement of alters, the structure of the system, the training of the alters, the history of the alters and other details. All the primary tortures carried out on a slave are coded using dates/no.s so that the memories can be pulled up by the programmers.

There is a standard set of hand signals, gestures, and codes that allow a handler to work with someone else’s slave, but the accepted code among the handlers is to leave another man’s slave alone. As one leading psychiatrist put it, "Different ideologies use the same methodologies of mind control."

The Illuminati have secretly put in base programming that allows them ultimate control over many of the other groups’ slaves. This will be described within this book.

For both the ease of reading and the ease of writing, I have dispensed with most footnotes. To provide my sources would double the size of the book, and many of them are confidential. (In the past, when I have attempted crediting information, some people have gotten bruised feelings for having been passed over or for being named. When information comes in from several sources, it becomes difficult to pass out credit.) I have made conservative judgment calls about what material I could use.

Most of this information has been verified by several reliable sources. Confidential eyewitnesses are often the only source, when there is such a powerful conspiracy to keep this vast NWO mind control secret. Paper trails were not left or are not available. Programmed slaves who have worked for the military as mind-controlled slaves have witnessed their files expunged and sanitized.

The New World Order in 1981 made training films for their novice programmers. Monarch slave Cathy O’Brien was used to make both the film "How to Divide a Personality" and "How To Create a Sex Slave." Two Huntsville porn photographers were used to help NASA and the NWO create these training films. Undoubtedly, other porn training films exist too. In others words, there is film evidence of the Monarch Total Mind-control but these porn films are kept in very secure sites.

During the last few years, I have visited with ex-programmers, I have visited with hundreds of victims of the Monarch type programming. I have gone to programming sites, I have visited with therapists who work with the victims of this mind-control, and I have met several of the programmers of the CIA/Illuminati face to face in the adventures of trying to save people from their programming.

I hope that God gives me the strength and the opportunity to get the information I have learned out to the world in general. When this information gets out, hopefully it will help lift some of the secrecy of the Monarch Programming.

The Monarch Programming is a foundation rock of the New World Order that when pulled up, will reveal the most evil two-legged bugs and slimy critters. When their rock is lifted, they will have to scurry to hide. Because the authors know what the programmers do, they must honestly record several areas of programming that will be controversial. The programmers are very much into demonology. Before therapists close their minds to this subject, the authors would like to point out, that they personally know of cases where Monarch slaves whose Christian personalities & other alters didn’t believe in demonology were talked into participating in real deliverance, and the slaves discovered much to their surprise that work they had unsuccessfully tried to do for years with their therapist was accomplished in a day or two.

Some prestigious researchers have decided the subconscious doesn’t exist because they can’t find it--its mysterious. To the man in the street the concept "subconscious" is as mysterious as the concept "demon".

Both have been the objects of intense research by U.S./Brit./Ger. Intelligence groups. In fact, many of the concepts in this book have been purposely obscured by the Illuminati’s control over the media and universities. These obscured concepts include M.P.D. (DID), recovered memories, hypnosis, demonic possession, aliens, mind-control, the subconscious, a conspiracy to bring in a NWO, truth, etc. The smokescreens of controversy will continue; but those who love the truth, if they seek it, will realize the importance of this book.

It’s on public record that MK ULTRA, the mind control research which CIA director Admiral Stansfield Turner admitted to in 1977 spent millions of dollars studying Voodoo, witchcraft, and psychics. On August 3, 1977, at a Senate hearing the then CIA director Admiral Stansfield Turner disclosed that the CIA had been conducting mind control on countless numbers of unsuspecting victims for years, without their knowledge or consent. These CIA mind-control operations were carried out with the participation of a least 185 scientists and at least 80 American institutions, including prisons, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and 44 medical colleges & universities. Many of America’s most prestigious institutes of medical research, had cooperated with the CIA. as well as numerous big name corporations.

Casey admitted that day that the CIA did mind-control consisting of drugs, hypnosis & electro-shock. A few of the victims of the Monarch Project were even awarded financial compensation for their misery.

But what was admitted was admitted in the spirit of covering up the extent of the full truth. The compensation was actually hush money, because victims were given "gag orders" by judges not to talk about what had happened to them.

FOR CHRISTIAN DEPROGRAMMERS

It’s been a disaster for Monarch victims that so many ministers have ignored those words of their Scripture, "For we are not ignorant of the devil’s devices." 2 COR 2:11

This book is a must for those ministers who seriously believe "Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." 2 COR 7:1. In 2 TIM 2: 19-21, believers who "nameth the name of Christ" are asked to purge themselves of their uncleanliness ( unclean spirits).

There are many top notch Christians in the churches today who are under mind-control, incl. many of the Christian leadership. Ignorance is not godliness. One of the character traits of God is that He is all-knowing. WHO says it is godly to be ignorant? The prophet Daniel said God "reveals the deep and secret things." (Dan. 2:22a) Jesus’ advice to his disciples was in effect to "Be wise as serpents, and gentle as a lamb". This advice certainly applies in helping the victims of trauma-based mind-control. Paul in his letter to the Thessalonians (1 Thes 5:14) says that in effect that different people need different counseling, but they all need to be treated with patience.

The first step in suggesting a cure is to find out what happened. That is what this book is about. This book is about how the Occult Network creates the problem that therapists and a few ministers try to deal with. But the keys to open doors to healthy solutions for the victims of trauma-based total mind control will reveal themselves in this book for the reader as this book reveals the nitty-gritty of how the total mind-control happens.

Satanic ritual abuse has a history that is almost as old as history itself. Good King Hezekiah was a victim as a child of SRA. (2 Chr. 29) who got free. Moses confronted the satanic magic of Pharaoh's magicians who could create live snakes from sticks. The Apostle Paul had to deal with Simon Magus, a leader of what is now known as Satanism. Solomon, one of the greatest men of faith, backslide and became one of the greatest Satanists of all history. We have "no fellowship with unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them" (as per EPH 5:11).

While we have no fellowship with evil, the mind-control programmers are counting on us being so ignorant of their devices that they can hide their control devices behind perversion & filth that many people shy away from. We must be strong enough to face evil and not shy away from it.

The victims of mind-control must look evil in the face & not look away to gain their freedom. We, who want to help them, must be courageous & strong enough to do this too.

Glossary of How Basic Terms are Used In This Book

For those readers who are not familiar with these basic terms let us introduce you to the definitions under which this book uses them.

Alter-Our usage is trying to follow the programmers usage of this word. A dissociated part of the mind which has a separate identity and is given cue codes by the mind-control programmers to trigger that dissociated part of the mind to come to the front of the mind. The alter’s identity may be a gem, rock, a tape recorder, a poodle, a white kitten, a dove, a horse, or even think of itself as a person or a demon. It all depends on its programming. An alter is different from an alter fragment in that the alter fragment is a dissociated part of the mind which serves only a single purpose.

The programmers will give an alter a history, and insure that shadow alters will provide a full range of accessible emotions. Sometimes the distinctions between alters and alter fragments is vague, but examples from the two ends of the spectrum are easy to tell apart. We use the word alter in this book to conform to what the programmers’ charts are encoding as alters. A typical main Mengele-created grid would be a grid of 13 x 13 principal A-coded alters, which is 169 principle alter personalities.

In Illuminati systems, ceremonial "alters will consist of 3 alters placed on a spinning pedestal together into triad goddesses or gods. That means that an A-coded alter on some levels is actually 3 alters spinning together, which must be locked in place to communicate with, and then rotated to communicate to the other two.

Beta--This is the second Greek letter, and it represents the sexual models and sexual alters that the Programmers are creating. The primitive part of the brain is involved in this type of programming. An early sexual abuse event will be used to anchor this programming. These sexual slaves will develop sexual abilities that are far beyond what the public is aware is even possible. They also receive the worst kind of abuse far beyond what most people’s imagination can picture. Beta alters generally see themselves as cats.

Councils (llluminati)--The Illuminati has frequent meetings. Some of these meetings are organized to appear "acephalous" and "accidental" in their meetings, when in reality they are structured and planned. One group, MJ-12 has gone by the following names: the Group, the Special Study Group, the Wise Men, the Operations Coordinating Board (OCB), 5412 Committee, 303 Committee, 40 Committee, PI-40 Committee, and Policy Planning Group (PCG). Some of the formal policy and ritual groups have names that all Illuminati members who have gotten high enough to learn, will recognize:

The Council of 3, Council of 5, Council of 7, Council of 9, The Grand Druid Council, The Committee of 300, and the Committee of 500 (known as Fortune 500). Many of the meetings are conclaves without formal names. The Grand Druid Council is not something fictional, but an actual body of people who formally meet and whose membership, we have been trying to keep track of. The groups which make decisions to control this planet are networked together. Each decision has its own origin and route that it takes.

Delta--This is a Greek letter shaped like a triangle which symbolizes change in calculus. It has become a favorite word to use in naming things for the occult elite. Delta teams are 4 person assassination teams which usually are secret teams. Delta Forces is an elite unit that operates under the Joint chiefs of staff that is made up of highly trained total mind-controlled slaves. Delta models are slaves whose sole purpose is assassination. Delta alters are alters within an Illuminati alter system which are programmed to be assassins. These alters are often some of the deepest in a system and in a Genie bottle or with Umbrella programming.

Deliverance ministry-(This book is about HOW the mind-control is done, it is not a textbook on solutions.) The use of the term deliverance ministry in this book can-notates any person(s) who via faith in God is able to pray for divine help in a fashion that a victim is helped from demonic activity. A deliverance ministry is a natural outgrowth of a life in harmony and fellowship with God. However, this is not to be confused with Exorcism of the traditional Catholic or witchcraft nature in which certain spells and incantations are used in a prescribed method. "Deliverance" can-notates divinely inspired faith, exorcism involves ritual. A deliverance ministry might perhaps teach a person about forgiveness, or how they can renounce an oath, or how to apply Jesus Christ’s atoning blood to their life. In this fashion, the person finds deliverance through biblical spiritual principles rather than the efficacy of some ritual or hocus pocus spell. This book is in no way meant as a blanket endorsement of every spiritual warfare tactic. If anything, this book suggests that ministers learn more about mind-control, as well as grow stronger in their walk with God.

Illuminati--The Illuminati are 13 elite bloodlines which have maneuvered themselves into control over this planet. They lead double lives, one for society and a hidden one which is based on a gnostic luciferian philosophy which consists of lots of blood rituals.

Monarch Programming--This was a specific Project carried out by secret elements of the U.S. government and intelligence groups. There were, according to someone a few years ago who had access to the computer(s) which contains all the names of active monitored human slaves, 40,000 actively monitored Monarch slaves. However, this book uses the term generically to include all victims who have suffered this type of trauma-based mind-control. In the same way, that a brand name like "Hyster" is used to describe all lifts--when we use the term we use it in its broadest sense. This is the only way it can be used and technically correct, because as of this date, the authors have not seen who is on the active Monarch Program list of slaves.

System-- This term is used in several ways. It is frequently used to refer to a victim of total mind control because the victim consists of alters, programming, implant(s), internal computers, and numerous dissociative states which function together as a system. The word is also used in this book to refer to the body’s functional physiological units, such as the respiratory system. The word is also infrequently used to denote the established social-economic-political system controlling the world, also known insiders as the Network. Other standard meaning may also occasionally be used for the word.

Multiple Personality/Multiple personalities or MPD

Dissociative Identity Disorder or DID is the situation where different dissociative parts of a single brain view themselves as separate persons. The DSM-IIIR definition of MPD is the guideline for determining MPD for this book.

New World Order-- The New World Order is the global design for a One-World-Government One-World-Dictator and its constituents. Insiders call themselves the "network" and "the neighborhood".

Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA)--This is used to represent all categories of ritual abuse which would be inspired by the desire to rob, kill, or destroy something worthwhile in a person, especially their freedom of thought. Many groups carrying out SRA do not mention Satan by that name. They may make Pacts to Baphomet, and call upon Rex Mundi, or Belair, or Lucifer, or the Father of Light, God, or Kali or even "Jesus" or "Jesus Christ". SRA is not a value judgment by the authors against some group, the victims themselves on some level know that he or she is being abused.

Switching--This is when one part (fragment) of the mind takes over from another, or in simple terms, this is when one alter personality (or alter fragment) takes the body from the alter which is holding the body. Switching can occur via the Programmers’ codes for calling up alters, or by external or internal stimuli that trigger an alter to come out. Switching will usually cause at least a flicker of the eyes, and for outside observers, who know the different personalities, they will observe another personality take the body.

Preface

The Central Intelligence Agency [CIA] bought my services at the tender age of four from my grandfather in 1952. Over the next 12 years, I was tested, trained, and used in various ways. Electroshock, drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and other types of trauma were used to make me compliant and split my personality (create multiple personalities for specific tasks). Each alter or personality was created to respond to a post-hypnotic trigger, then perform an act and not remember it later. This "Manchurian Candidate" program [1] was just one of the operational uses of the mind control scenario by the CIA. Your hard earned tax dollars supported this. P. xvii

The CIA financed research project code-named MKULTRA was established to counter Soviet and Chinese advances in brainwashing and interrogation techniques. It consisted of 149 subprojects contracted out to at least 80 institutions. It was designed to study the use of biological and chemical materials in altering human behavior. CIA Director Allen Dulles approved MKULTRA on April 13, 1953. Twenty years after the conception of the MKULTRA project, all known files pertaining to it were ordered destroyed by [then CIA Director] Richard Helms before he retired. In 1977, through a Freedom of Information Act [FOIA] request, 16,000 pages of mind control documents were found, held as part of the Agency's financial history. Most of the important details were conveniently destroyed to conceal their wrongdoing. p. xvi, xvii

As a survivor of CIA programs Bluebird/Artichoke [2] and MKULTRA, I began my intense search to document some of the mind control experiments that I was made part of. 48 years after I was first experimented on, through a series of FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] requests to various departments of the government, I found solid proof of my memories—nearly 18,000 pages of declassified documents from the Bluebird/Artichoke and MKULTRA programs that validate my personal experiences. P. xvii

One of the documents states, [3] "Learning studies will be instituted in which the subject will be rewarded or punished for his overall performance and reinforced in various ways—with electric shock, etc. In other cases drugs and psychological tricks will be used to modify attitudes. The experimenters will be particularly interested in dissociative states [multiple personalities or alters], and an attempt will be made to induce a number of states of this kind, using hypnosis." The government had finally handed me the validation I had been searching for. P. xvii, xviii

My goal in writing this book is to expose the misuse of power that took place in this country during the Cold War. Thousands of innocent children who have now grown into adults are silently suffering from the effects of experiments that were done to them by their own government. Many have been diagnosed incorrectly and institutionalized. Some died because they knew too much. Others, like myself, were able to obtain competent medical help, and are struggling to heal from the physical and mental ravages upon our beings. P. xviii

For skeptics, no proof will be enough. For others, like myself, unraveling the bizarre nature of my memories has allowed me to regain control of my life. My greatest gift of healing has been to no longer operate out of fear, but from a rational, logical based reality. A Star is Born

It was May of 1944. Daddy was barely out of basic training when our baby brother got sick with pneumonia causing daddy to go AWOL, at least that's the story he always told. When the Navy caught up with him, he was thrown in the brig. Experiments like those under MKULTRA subproject 39 at the Ionia State Prison in Michigan were instituted to see if you could hypnotize a child molester and get him to divulge his ugly little secrets. They were looking for a "Truth Drug" that could be used on spies. A combination of drugs and hypnosis were used for interrogation. [4] Tests in the brig indicated Daddy was holding very dark secrets. The government knew that at some later date this could be useful information. Blackmail was the oldest game in the book. P. 1, 2

The Reich surrendered on May 7, 1945. In 1946, President Truman authorized Project Paperclip [5][6] to exploit German scientists for American research, and to deny these intellectual resources to the Soviet Union. A 1999 report to the Senate and the House said that "between 1945 and 1955, 765 scientists, engineers, and technicians were brought to the US under Paperclip and similar programs. [7] Some of the reports bluntly pointed out that they were "ardent Nazis." Some of the experts were accused of participating in murderous medical experiments on human subjects at concentration camps. P. 2, 3, xi

In 1947, President Truman specifically assigned the CIA responsibility for covert psychological operations. CIA personnel were not opposed to working with Nazi doctors who had proven to be proficient in breaking the mind and rebuilding it. In some cases military bases were used to hide these covert activities. P. 7, xvii

In December of 1947, I was born. P. 7

Since I was just a baby in diapers when my dad started abusing me, I learned to go someplace else in my head to preserve my sanity. After awhile, when my grandfather started doing the same things and worse, I learned to dissociate even more. I began creating separate parts of personalities to hold the memories of this trauma. The technical term is alters. P. 13

Grandpa brought with him the pedophilic traits of his forefathers. I was not the first child to star in his pornographic films, which were distributed to some very wealthy, notable figures, probably through the mob. Having found this out, the CIA took advantage of this to enlist grandpa's cooperation. When I was four, this big shot from the CIA paid a visit to grandpa. They were looking for children who had the ability to disassociate from reality for a project named Bluebird/Artichoke. He talked about patriotism and how grandpa could become a big shot and get money for helping to rid the world of Commies. He just had to let the CIA perform a few little experiments on me. National security was at stake. That day, it was decided that in exchange for some money and freedom from prosecution for making child pornography, I would become the government's little experiment. P. 11 - 13

In a memo [8] six months before I was first used in experiments, Bluebird states that practical research was to be conducted. The nature of this research [was] to include these specific problems:

Can we create by post-[hypnotic] control an action contrary to an individual's moral principles?
Can we "alter" a person's personality?
What would be the fastest way to induce SI and H conditions?
Can we "condition" by post-H [hypnotic] suggestion agency employees to prevent them from giving information to any unauthorized source?
Can we by H and SI techniques force a subject to travel long distances, commit specified acts and return to us or bring documents or materials?
Can we in a matter of an hour, one day, etc., induce an H condition in an unwilling subject to such an extent that he will perform an act for our benefit?
Could we seize a subject and in the space of an hour or two by post-H control have him crash an airplane, wreck a train, etc.?
Can we guarantee total amnesia under any and all conditions?
Can we devise a system for making unwilling subjects into willing agents, and then transfer control to agency agents in the field by use of codes or identifying signs? P. 13, 14
Many of the mind control experiments that were carried out under MKULTRA were done out of fear that the Russians were in the forefront of this field. In a CIA report made public in the late 60s, they estimated the technical staff of one Soviet parapsychology laboratory at 300 physicists, doctors, biochemists, and electrical engineers. The "Red Scare" promoted by Joe McCarthy was the overriding theme of why "Anything Goes" when it came to these experiments. P. 66

The following day, I was put in a white panel van with my little suitcase. [After arriving somewhere in Detroit] intense electroshock was delivered [9] in order to allow my mind to dissociate and create Samantha who would never feel pain. In the future, whenever I was to be put through a torturous painful experience, Samantha would automatically be the alter who took over the body. She would hide the memory and the pain from the rest of my system. P. 15, 18

Guy was created, and in the coming years would display psychic abilities [10] that the CIA found very useful. Guy was taught to store all the anger and hatred accumulated during abuse and use it psychically. The CIA proposed a three to five year research project for exceptionally gifted individuals who could obtain perfect and scattered ESP test performance. Since I displayed psychic abilities, they trained Guy to use these abilities in a way they hoped would benefit the agency. The CIA then made sure that this project would never be made known. The document says, "It would be necessary to be exceedingly careful about thorough cloaking of the undertaking." [11] P. 19, 20

My Baby part grew to love and depend on "Daddy Sid" as her only source of love and nourishment. A deep bonding took place with Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, Directorate of Operations of the Technical Services Staff (TSS) of CIA in charge of their behavioral program through MKULTRA. [12] No matter what experiment he was to make me a part of, I would love and remain loyal to the man who my baby alter considered sole supplier of the basics of life, food, and love. P. 19



Men Behind the Shadow Government

1953 proved to be an important year for mind control when Allen Dulles [13] was confirmed Director of the CIA. Dulles authorized Operation MKULTRA. Originally established as a supplementary funding mechanism to the ARTICHOKE project, MKULTRA quickly grew into a mammoth undertaking that outflanked earlier mind control initiatives. In 1978, Admiral Stansfield Turner, Director of the CIA, testified that 140 Subprojects appeared to have connection with research into behavioral modification, drug acquisition and testing or administering drugs surreptitiously. P. 28

Among the 15 categories of subprojects were:

Effects of behavior drugs & alcohol: 6 subprojects involving tests on unwitting human beings.
Hypnosis: 8 subprojects, including two involving hypnosis and drugs in combination.
Single subprojects in such areas as the effects of electroshock, harassment techniques, analysis of extrasensory perception [ESP], and gas propelled sprays and aerosols. [14] P. 29
Under Dulles, MKULTRA funneled funds to 185 non-government researchers and assistants working for 80 institutions. These institutions included 44 colleges or universities, 15 research foundations or chemical or pharmaceutical companies, 12 hospitals or clinics, and 3 penal institutions. [15] Dulles cared little for the methods that were used to accomplish the secret projects he funded. His brother John Foster Dulles was US Secretary of State from 1953-1959. In Containing Communism, Mr. Dulles was quoted as saying, "President Eisenhower surrendered all his power to me." [16] As long as John Foster Dulles was Secretary of State, Allen Dulles had no need to "chafe under political control." [17] P. 29, 30

In January 1951, high commissioner of occupied Germany John McCloy [18] announced that only five of the 15 death sentences from the Nuremberg judgments would be carried out. He then reduced the sentences of 64 out of the remaining 74 war criminals. One third of these were to be released immediately. He also reduced the sentences of all remaining convicted doctors who had experimented on concentration camp inmates. McCloy had sat in Adolf Hitler's box at the 1936 Olympic games in Berlin. P. 31

Prior to the war, McCloy was a senior partner with Milbank, Tweed, whose most important client was the Rockefeller family's bank, Chase National. In 1947, McCloy was named to head the World Bank. McCloy and two other board members spent three months in Nelson Rockefeller's personal home organizing the bank along commercial lines. [19] In the 50s, McCloy became chairman of Chase National Bank and David Rockefeller became his protégé. P. 32

Nelson Rockefeller [20] was appointed Special Assistant for Psychological Strategy in 1954. Officially, Nelson was to give advice and assistance in the development of increased understanding and cooperation among all peoples. Unofficially, the nature of the post was Presidential Coordinator for the CIA. As part of Nelson's responsibilities, he attended meetings of the Cabinet, the Council on Foreign Economic Policy, and the National Security Council—the highest policy making body in the government. He also functioned as the head of a secret unit called the Planning Coordination Group, consisting of himself, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, and the head of the CIA. [21] P. 34

In 1979, John Loftus, working for the Office of Special Investigations, made a trip to Maryland to search the classified files for information on Nazi's that had been brought into the country. He was astounded to find 20 underground vaults crammed floor to ceiling with classified files. [22] Loftus says that Nelson Rockefeller and Vice President Nixon supervised the cover-up and burial of these files so that President Eisenhower could claim "plausible deniability." [23] In fact, years later when President Gerald Ford established a presidential commission to investigate the CIA, Vice-President Nelson Rockefeller was named to head it. [24] P. 34

A 1951 declassified document [25] clarifies the kind of people that were employed by the CIA to teach hypnotism. "On 2 July 1951, instruction began with [deleted] relating some of his sexual experiences. [Deleted] stated the he had constantly used hypnotism as a means of inducing young girls to engage in sexual intercourse with him. [Deleted] stated that many times while going home on [deleted], he would use hypnotic suggestion to have a girl turn around and talk to him and suggest sexual intercourse to him; and that as a result of these suggestions induced by him, he spent approximately five nights a week away from home engaging in sexual intercourse." P. 23

All the key players were now in various positions of government to carry on their covert activities under a cloak of secrecy. Shadow Government was indeed an appropriate name for the people who would move behind the scenes to enlist children to fight their Cold War for them by making them guinea pigs, and in some cases hypnotized operatives, couriers, spies, and assassins. P. 35



Training for the Agency

"Precautions must be taken not only to protect operations from exposure to enemy forces, but also to conceal these activities from the American public in general. The knowledge that the Agency is engaging in unethical and illicit activities would have serious repercussions in political circles, and would be detrimental to the accomplishment of its mission." Quote from the CIA Inspector General in assessing the benefits of Mind Control Research. [26] P. 37

I was told that I worked for "The Agency." It was in actuality, key men and women in the CIA and other branches of the government, in league with certain extremely wealthy individuals who wanted to remain in the shadows shaping the outcome of world events. As Lt. Col. Roberts said when he testified before a special joint committee of the Wisconsin State Legislature, "The most secret knowledge, a science which outdates history, is the science of control over people, governments and civilizations. The foundation of this ultimate discipline is the control of wealth. Through the control of wealth comes the control of public information. Through the control of news media comes thought control. A significant portion of the American public is yet to become aware of the Invisible Government of Monetary Power." P. 37

Early on, an information hot line was established between the people of money and power—people like Allen Dulles, Sid Gottlieb, Richard Nixon, and others. This hotline enabled them to be kept informed of the content of these experiments, and who was participating. They, in turn, found ways of blackmailing certain of these politicians, doctors, and scientists, so that they could control and manipulate some of the experiments. Many of the experiments started in MKULTRA continued behind the scenes independent of most of our government Black Projects. Burton Hersh describes the "no questions asked" as giving "rise to that generation's intelligence barons—its mysterious, mission-oriented professionals who held themselves accountable to nobody, unconcerned with constitutional limitations." [27] P. 38

The Senate Intelligence Committee concluded in 1976 [28] that the CIA used compartmentation in the MKULTRA Program to conceal their "unethical and illicit activities." Senator Church, who led the congressional investigations of the CIA's improper and unlawful actions said that the agency was "a rogue elephant" operating above the law and out of control as it plotted assassinations, illegally spied on thousands of Americans, and even drugged citizens in its effort to develop new weapons for its covert arsenal." The Agency would use any methods it needed to achieve its goals. P. 38

Former CIA/DIA deep-cover agent "Chip" Tatum [29] takes this a step further when he speaks of a group he calls "Pegasus." He says that this group operated on behalf of the US and other governments, undertaking tasks that ranged from narcotics smuggling to assassinations. The mission of Pegasus, Tatum explains is "to align world leaders and financiers to our [US] policies and standards." P. 38

Less you dismiss this as just another conspiracy theory, in November 1998 in an interview with The Observer, [30] former US Ambassador to Chile Edward Korry told a remarkable story. Korry described still classified cables, and information censored in papers, but now available under the FOIA. He had served under Presidents Kennedy, Johnson, and Nixon. He told how US companies from Cola to copper used the CIA as an international debt collection agency and investment security force. The Observer reported that the CIA's Oct. 1970 plot to overthrow Chile's Allende was the result of a plea for action a month earlier by PepsiCo chairman Kendall to the company's former lawyer, President Nixon. P. 39

The mind-controlled parts of me were told they had a "Nobler Purpose" and that they "must survive at any cost." Yet, suicide programs were layered into my system in the event that I should start to heal and tell. The strength and courage it has taken to break the hold these men had on my mind, and not react to this suicide programming, is a clear indicator of the beauty of the spirit that lay within each of us. P. 41

The Agency arranged with Grandfather to start my sexual training in 1954. I was forced to participate in a traumatizing initiation rite of manhood for my 12-year-old brother on Grandfather's pool table. I was to totally lose my sexual self to a new persona created from the trauma I was forced to endure. Grandfather gave the new part the name Carlotta. From that day, he trained her in various ways to please one particular man. He was a very wealthy man who I knew as Rocky. He contributed large sums of money to the "Cause." Consequently, whatever he wanted, he got. P. 41, 42

Two years later my grandfather and an uncle used the basement for their kiddy porn productions. One afternoon, Grandfather walked over to the incinerator door and motioned for me to come over. He proceeded to push my head into the opening. He made it very clear that ashes were all that would remain of me if I didn't cooperate. Sometimes I would be alone and asked to pose in what I now know were provocative poses. Other times Grandfather would have some of the other grandchildren there with me. The fear he was able to produce guaranteed cooperation. P. 42

Momma ran away from home. Daddy told us that if we would only be better children, she wouldn't run away. Guilt was a wonderful control mechanism and daddy used it effectively every chance he got. He had such control over momma that she never had a chance. He tracked momma down at her sister's home several hundred miles away where she thought she had escaped him. He brought her home, and into the mental hospital she went. P. 43, 44

I was a physical and emotional wreck from the nightly molestations. My hands shook uncontrollably all of the time, and I was unable to eat or sleep. My brothers took to calling me "Jervous and Nerky." Momma had undergone a series of electric shocks that left her a walking zombie. So much of her memory was gone that she had to relearn a lot of personal information she had forgotten. P. 44, 45

Momma wasn't alone in receiving electroshock to make her more submissive and alter her personality. Dr. Ewen Cameron of McGill University in Montreal, Canada was doing MKULTRA experiments with electroshock and drugs for the CIA. Dr. Cameron was later elected president of the American Psychiatric Association in 1953 and went on to become the first president of the World Psychiatric Association. Such a notable list of accomplishments for a heartless man whose experiments would rival some that took place in Nazi Germany. P. 46

Cameron's experiments funded under MKULTRA Subproject 68 were called depatterning or "psychic driving." He combined electro convulsive therapy [ECT] with chemically induced sleep therapy. The intensive electroshocks used in these experiments were not the same form of ECT used routinely in the treatment of depression. Both the voltage and the number of shocks administered were greatly increased. Instead of stopping after the procedure had induced one grand mal seizure, the subjects were shocked again and again until no further seizures could be elicited. There was no question that this was a profoundly intrusive and destructive form of electroshock, which was far different from that which was conventionally used for therapeutic purposes. [31] P. 46, 47

While sleeping, patients would be forced to listen to messages designed to reprogram their behavior. Cameron wrote that psychic driving provided a way to make "direct, controlled changes in personality." Working with his assistant Leonard Rubenstein, Cameron experimented with sensory deprivation combined with drugs to break down the subject's will and leave them open to the taped messages. In an August 2, 1977 New York Times interview, Rubenstein admitted that their work was directly related to brainwashing. P. 47

I was about 12 years old, and what Dr. Cameron did to me became burned in my mind. First, I was given a shot of curare and placed in a box in a converted stable behind the hospital that housed a behavioral laboratory. Then snakes were put over my body and the lid was closed in the box. I was completely conscious, but unable to move as a result of the curare. This was to insure that I would never speak about what was to come later. [32] At the end of my programming by Dr. Cameron, a [taped] voice gave me trigger codes for self-destruction. This was done to prevent me from telling about the nature of this experiment in the event I would ever begin to remember. P. 48, 52

From January 1957 until September 1960, Dr. Cameron's project received $64,242.44 in CIA funds. [33] When the CIA stopped funding him, Cameron received $57,750 from the Canadian government to continue his research. [34] The actual number of patients [35] on whom Cameron reported trying varieties of his experimental techniques is reported as 332. In 1988, nine Canadian survivors agreed to an out-of-court settlement of $750,000 after an eight-year battle with CIA lawyers. [36] P. 52, 53

John Gittinger, CIA agent and psychologist, was Ewen Cameron's project officer. In testimony before Congress on August 3, 1977, Gittinger responds to Senator Kennedy's questions on his involvement. "The general idea ... is that brainwashing was largely a process of isolating a human being, keeping him out of contact, putting him out of control, putting him under long stress in relationship to interviewing and interrogation, and that they could produce any change that way." P. 53

In one of the experiments, I was forced to lie on a table with my head immobilized. Dr. Penfield inserted an electrode into the sleeve guides that were already imbedded in my head. I do not remember who put the sleeve guides in. I only know that the methods had been developed by Dr. John Lilly. P. 60, 61

Dr. Lilly said that his experiments had proven that electrical stimuli in specific areas of the brain could cause either intense rewarding or intense punishing experiences in humans. He summarized, "At any time an adult human being can be reduced to the childish level. Such a state can be induced by lack of sleep, by starvation, by torture, by isolation, by profound confinement, by drugs, by direct electrical stimulation. An adult can be forced to learn by means almost thoroughly beyond his control. I am speaking here of powerful means used ruthlessly with few scruples." [37] P. 62

Dr. Lilly describes the technique of electrode implantation. [38] "Electrodes could be implanted in the brain without using anesthesia. During the process of implantation, there was no more pain than that of a needle prick in the scalp. Short lengths of hypodermic needle tubing equal in length to the thickness of the skull were quickly pounded through the scalp into the skull. These stainless steel guides furnished passageways for the insertion of electrodes into the brain to any desired distance. Because of the small size of the sleeve guides, the scalp quickly recovered from the small hole made in it, and the sleeve guide remained imbedded in the bone for months to years. At any time he desired, the investigator could palpate [rub] the scalp and find the location of each of the sleeve guides. Once one was found, he inserted a needle down through the bone. After withdrawing the needle, the investigator placed a small sharp electrode in the track made by the needle and pressed the electrode through the skull and down into the substance of the brain to any desired depth." I am but one of the many children who were the CIA's convenient experimental subjects, used to perfect similar results here in the US. P. 62, 67

Most survivors seem to have more than one level of programming. [39] P. 67

Alpha is general programming within the control personality.
Beta is sexual programming, i.e. child pornography, prostitution, and sexual training used for the benefit of a handler for blackmail or personal use. This programming eliminates all learned moral conviction from the survivor, so that the function can be carried out without inhibition.
Delta is a trained killer, a sleeping assassin. Delta survivors feel no fear and have been trained in the use of specialized arms and alternative methods of disposal.
Theta is psychic killing. Most survivors with Theta programming exhibit an unusually high level of ESP in their day-to-day lives.
Omega is self-destruct programming installed in the event a survivor would start remembering. It was used to prevent them from going public. There generally is self-destruct programming associated with Delta assassin programming if the survivor is captured. P. 67
As explained in Secret Weapons, [40] Gottlieb turned children into warriors who would be perfect Manchurian candidates, perfect spies and assassins ignorant of their orders, fitting into society easily and anonymously, until a code is used to awaken them and send them into action. P. 68



Dr. Black

Mind control survivors have identified doctors used by the CIA under Project MKULTRA as having used different aliases. I have personally spoken and corresponded with many of these child Cold War survivors. It seems colors were one of the most commonly used themes. Many survivors have identified Josef Mengele as using the aliases Dr. Green, Dr. Black, Dr. Swartz (black in German), Father Joseph, or Vaterchen (daddy) when he did their programming. The experiments and programming he used on us were of such a heinous nature, that they were not unlike some of those performed at Auschwitz. P. 69

In 1937, Mengele [41] was appointed research assistant at the Third Reich Institute for Heredity, Biology, and Racial Purity. Mengele provided "experimental materials" to the Kaiser-Wilhelm Institute of Anthropology from twins including eyes, blood, and other body parts from Auschwitz. [42] Mengele fled Auschwitz in January 1945 before the Russians liberated the camp. [43] French government documents state that the Americans captured Mengele in 1946. According to the French, Mengele "was released without explanation by the Americans on November 19, 1946." The French claimed that American authorities confirmed the Mengele arrest and release on Feb. 29, 1947. [44] P. 70, 71

This is [one] survivor's account of contact with this escapee from Nazi Germany. "The insidious part of his work with me was the love thing. He would love me and torture me. One of Mengele's favorite phrases was, ‘Pain is pleasure, and pleasure is pain, my dear. I am here to make you very happy! You will love me forever!' I remember being on the floor with him playing piano in nothing but his boots and a tuxedo coat with tails, as he ordered the men working with him to shock me with cattle prods while he played. It was sort of like musical chairs. When he stopped playing, they stopped shocking; or when he played, they stopped, according to which rules he used that week!" P. 80

I, too, was privy to Mengele's torture in 1956 when I was almost nine years old. I was placed in one of these cages, and like the others, deprived of food and water. I became very cold and continually hunched over to hide my nakedness. Every time I tried to sleep, someone with a cattle prod reached through the bars and poked me. The purpose of all this torture was to prepare us for programming. There was a hospital where each of us was taken after the torture made us compliant. P. 81, 82

Another survivor reports "abuse to create many traumatized alters to use in programming more specific functions later on. Mengele split the alters so that one would remember him being very loving, but it included a lot of sexual abuse, and other parts would experience terror at his cruelty. With the first alter, he created the experience that he was inside our mind being very nurturing and teaching her [the alter] that she will always want only him. With another alter, he was mean, creating a rage alter by killing a little boy she had felt bonded with as her little protector." P. 84

Another survivor says, "Using me as their guinea pig, Dr. Black taught dad how to create alter states in children. He would begin by traumatizing the host personality, and then traumatize each resulting alter state until it went ‘under.' Each time a part went under, and a new part with no memory emerged, dad assigned this part of the broken personality a name. He recorded the names and traits each alter-state [had]. Being an engineer, he usually used flowcharts and blueprints." P. 84 "

Yet another survivor, "Dr. Black somehow attached chains to my wrists and ankle. He inserted the object into me ‘down there' from behind. When the charge hits the nervous system, everything hurts and contracts in a hellish fashion. I did start saying aloud over and over again, ‘I'm sorry' (for what, it didn't matter) and ‘I'll be a good girl, I promise, I promise….' He may have hypnotized me, because his eyes got darker as I looked up at them, and I heard his left fingers snap and the shackles were gone. I thought he was a magician. That made him seem all the more powerful to me. After that, he told me that only with him would I be safe. I understood that if I stayed loyal to him, I would not be hurt again. The doctor told dad the he, the doctor, and others worked on each person until they were ready to do whatever they were told. He said the final test had been for friends and close relatives of the prisoners to be brought there. The prisoners were then ordered to attack their loved ones and kill them. He also talked about breeding. Dad was considered 'closer' to perfection because he had the blond hair and gray-blue eyes and was in excellent physical condition." P. 87 - 89

In 1998, Congress passed a law requiring declassification of Nazi war criminals files held by US intelligence agencies. The CIA had refused to acknowledge the existence of these records up, not unlike their continued denial of many other things until they are faced with irrefutable evidence from outside sources. 10,000 pages of declassified CIA files were released on April 27, 2001, detailing working relationships with some of the same Nazi's that were wanted for war crimes. P. 97

The web of secrecy that made the Holocaust possible is the same web that allowed innocent children in the US to become victims of their government's fear of communism. If we allow that web of secrecy to continue because it is too painful and horrifying to read about and believe, nothing will prevent it from happening again. Too many children, including myself, were systematically brainwashed. Our minds became our concentration camp. Only now by healing and speaking out, have we become liberated. P. 98



Conclusion

Four years into marriage, my programming started to deteriorate and my memories began to haunt me. My struggle to free myself was the most difficult road I had walked. Many times I survived solely because others believed I could. I cried enough tears in the last ten years to turn the Sahara desert into an oasis. As the healing continued, I found a new person hiding beneath the splintered diamonds of my personality. Integrating the facets of these troubled pieces of myself came as I understood that I no longer had to walk the trail of tears from the past. I could at last be free to choose my path. It was all such a marvelous discovery—this freedom of mind, this tranquility, this peace. P. 102

My handlers no longer contact me. The last time they tried by phone to activate an alter with preprogrammed cues, they failed. The man who phoned was extremely upset. He and so many others believed our programming would never break down. What they could never foresee was the indomitable fighting nature that perhaps they themselves had instilled. The need to find the truth and expose it was much larger than the fear they used to control me. P. 103

I don't believe I'm special. I'm just one of many Cold War children who were convenient lab rats for a group of despicable people. I thank God for the accountants of the world and the records they keep. Without those MKULTRA, Bluebird, and Artichoke documents, my story would sound like just science fiction. By exposing the truth, I have at last been able to free much of my own hatred and pain. Understanding, speaking the truth, and forgiveness frees. The truth can set us free. P. 103

A daughter remains loyal to her father after being violated because he uses his power to keep her silent and submissive. Many times the secret remains hidden for decades. So too, due to the top-secret classification of these files, the entire picture of covert experimentation has remained hidden from the very citizens who themselves were used as guinea pigs. A child who is removed from a hostile environment and then placed in an environment where it receives protection, can recover and lead a productive life. P. 101

We too, as a nation, can recover form the horrendous effects of this abuse of power, if we will only speak out. We must not let this lay dormant in the shadows of secrecy any longer. We can bury the hardships and deceit of the past by building a government that is worthy of our trust. The foundation of that trust must be built on truth, not secrecy. P. 101

(Get Ready Portland) In the movie the Dark Knight Rises there is a threat and warning that is given to Bruce Wayne by Selena Kyle. As she is dancing with him at a party she purrs in his ear, “There’s a storm coming Mr. Wayne. You and your friends better batten down the hatches. ‘Cause when it hits, you’re all goanna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large, and leave so little for the rest of us.”

As the film continues we begin to see that the rich are losing their grip on Gotham and the people learn that their government has betrayed them. That they had propped up a hero in Harvey Dent (a lawyer and politician) and jailed many people in his name fighting for his cause. The leader who rises up against the bankers and the elite is Bane.

The masked figure leads a rag tag group of men into Wall Street. Bane leads an organized system of violence against the wealthy, evoking a similar theme once seen in reality by Occupy Wall Street. Bane’s henchmen literally attack Wall Street, savagely beat the rich, and promise the good people of Gotham that ‘tomorrow, you claim what is rightfully yours. The movie is a damning indictment of the anti-corporate movement and the threat of social chaos it poses.

Bane’s plot involves a massive transfer of wealth using the stock exchange. It consists further of inciting civil unrest and taking control of cutting-edge technologies that use an algorithm precisely tracked to Bruce Wayne. They use the software to gut the fortunes of the rich.

Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Rises is a very dark and foreboding predictive programming of what could happen if there was such statistical data available to undermine the 1 percent and send them into the streets where the rebellious are already there to eat them.

There would be massive unrest and as seen in the film a war between the people and the police. There are many critics who are claiming that Christopher Nolan’s epic is the sounding of the warning bell and that there awaits an organized puppet master anarchy that will topple the government by exposing and gutting the fortunes of the elite. The only thing is that in real life it is done on streets and there is no sound track of evil drums pounding out the battle between the haves and the have nots.
The Dark Knight Rises seems to acknowledge systemic inequality and injustice, even if it portrays a demagogue hijacking legitimate grievances. It also shows that even when someone like Bane hands over the reins of power to the people – the people really do not know what to do with that power and so anarchy becomes the “bane” of Gotham’s existence.

As I was watching the Dark Knight Rises I never really applied any political substance to it. I only saw it as a bit of predictive programming and a believable scenario as to how it all begins.

It begins in a software company where a programmers design statistical software that can track and monitor the spending of some of the richest people in the world. The software is being used by an unnamed agency that has been paid to expose the corruption of a beloved politician that everyone can agree is a savior or messianic figure.

The threat goes out that there will be an exposing of fraudulent practices, which include identity theft, credit card fraud, securities fraud and a number of other practices that the elite do in order to bilk the poor for their money. There is also a sub plot where the software company is about to take their findings to the Supreme Court and expose all of the so called political heroes. This would create riots in various cities. It may even cause marauding shooters to show up in places where they can create mass casualties.

Let’s suppose intelligence is aware of the threat and issues a declassified memo from the department of homeland security warning law enforcement that there is a danger of terrorists killing people in movie theaters.

All that is needed it’s the catalyzing event and immediately the police state is activated and we begin to see flash riots take place in cities and civil unrest brewing under the radar.

The truth maybe stranger than fiction, as we look at the stories that surround the main story of a so called brainwashed lone nut James Holmes who opens fire at a movie theater in Aurora Colorado and his connections to both neuroscience and ‘Super soldier’ or ‘Peak Soldier performance’ experiments and a father that works for a software company that analyses fraud for business.

According to his LinkedIn profile, James Holmes’s father, Dr. Robert Holmes, who received a PhD in Statistics in 1981 from the University of California at Berkeley, worked for San Diego-based HNC Software, Inc. from 2000 to 2002. HNC, known as a “neural network” company, and DARPA, beginning in 1998, have worked on developing “cortronic neural networks,” which would allow machines to interpret aural and visual stimuli to think like humans.

The cortronic concept was developed by HNC Software’s chief scientist and co-founder, Robert Hecht-Nielsen. HNC merged with the Minneapolis-based Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO), a computer analysis and decision-making company. Robert Holmes continues to work at FICO.

Robert Holmes brief bio at linked in states the following: “My educational background is in Mathematics and Statistics. My experience over the last 10 years at HNC and FICO has been in developing predictive models for financial services; credit & fraud risk models, first and third party application fraud models and internet/online banking fraud models.”

Management Experience: I am currently managing a team building Falcon Fraud Manager Credit card fraud models. I have also managed teams in the Telco and Identity Theft fraud areas.”

How interesting and coincidental is it that in the film The Dark Knight Rises Bane gets his hands on Software that is used to expose the fraud in Wall Street and literally guts the rich?

Robert Holmes is said to have developed computer algorithms that demonstrate predictive models for financial services; credit and fraud risk models, first and third party application fraud models and internet/online banking fraud models.

It is just too coincidental to not be eerily synchronistic. This software has been said to be able trace the Trillions of Dollars that have just vaporized into thin air. All of the spending in theory could be traced to the exact bank accounts of the elite thugs who have stolen it.
Now these Software insiders who may have information to nail corrupt officials have always wound up being fingered by intelligence agencies and many have died mysteriously.

Several years ago a system of software was developed called PROMIS, by a company called INSLAW. This was criminal tracking software that was used by the Defense Dept. and other agencies after they stole it from the maker and forced him into Bankruptcy and Jail, where he remains today.

Danny Cassalero was murdered investigating this case shortly after he came up with an “Octopus” conspiracy theory of how things operated in the highest circles. This software has been slightly modified by the CIA and secretly “slipped” into banking software that was exported out of our country for use by foreign and offshore banks.

The software was modified to track banking transactions instead and the information about the flow of finances throughout the world was now being monitored by the CIA or at least a few agents who wanted to find out where the money was going.

After this rogue CIA group got a hold of the information they then photocopied it and had it hand delivered to each particular congressman, senator or politician along with a note explaining to them that they no longer had their bribe fund and they had 24 hours to turn in their resignation or face public scandal, humiliation and possible criminal charges if they refused.

Just prior to the shooting in Aurora Colorado, where James Holmes the son of Robert Holmes the software developer allegedly killed 12 and injured over 50 others a scandalous report was issued in the United kingdom about the LIBOR scandal where it has been discovered that much of the wealth held by the so called 99 percent is being held in offshore accounts far away from the taxman and that there is software that is now being used to track and expose those who are abusing the system.
Makes you wonder if this is part of the PROMIS/INSLAW software or a modified version that is far more accurate and that the future is the exposure of criminal activity that would send the world into global civil unrest. Could it be that Robert Holmes was involved with the creation of such software models and that his son was programmed to kill in order to create a distraction from the fraud scandal that would rock the world?

According to Salon.com Mitt Romney arrived in London July 24th, 2012. He will be attending the the Olympic Games and hold fundraisers, including two with bankers and lobbyists involved in the expanding Libor rate-fixing scandal. London-based bank Barclays paid a $450 million fine earlier this month for manipulating the Libor, a rate that determines trillions of dollars of loans around the globe.

The company’s ex-CEO resigned both his post at the company and his hosting duties of a Romney fundraiser, but Barclays lobbyist Patrick Durkin remains a co-chair of the Romney fundraisers, and there are others with ties to the scandal as well. Some involved in the scandal could face jail time in the future.

Once again the chilling Predictive programming does not escape those who are watching the movie “The Dark Knight Rises.” Bane the leader of the fictional anarchist mob decides to plant bombs in the Gotham Underground. The final target is a stadium where the Mayor of Gotham attends a sports event. A young boy sings the national anthem that eerily sounds as if it is sung with a British accent. Bane pauses to listen to the distinct voice. He then says “Let the Games begin.” The stadium is then bombed and the mayor is killed as his reserved viewing box is bombed.

Is this a strange revelation of the method where the scene in the movie is supposed to be some pretext for what may happen at the London Olympics? According to a blurb posted on Media Monarchy a scenario has already been put forward demonstrating that the motive of any attack on the 2012 Olympics would be to cover up the LIBOR scandal and destroy all the bank records. An attack on the Olympics would be a quick fix to exit the elite’s present dilemma.

According to Media Monarchy a retired general sent a chilling memo to Author Steve Quayle connecting the attacks in Cinema number 9 at the Century 16 theaters in Aurora to the LIBOR scandal, Robert Holmes software exposing the elites and how their quick fix would be the bombing of the London Olympics.
The general says that the attacks would be the impetus for the construction of the “New Jerusalem”:

“London Olympic Opening Ceremony Artistic Director Danny Boyle labeled the ceremony a reflection of “our green and pleasant land”—a reference to the song ‘Jerusalem’ —-famously sung in the movies Chariots of Fire and also sung at Prince William’s wedding. The song uses the words of William Blake’s poem, which suggests the new Jerusalem would be in England….”

Why is the new Jerusalem so significant? The General points out that

“1. The Olympic opening ceremonies begin on the evening of Friday, 27 July (right after the markets in the US close and with the European and Asian markets having closed hours earlier). The ceremonies end in the early morning of 28 July…or the 9th of Av in the Jewish calendar….although the 9th doesn’t officially start until sundown.

2. The 9th of Av is the day Solomon’s Temple was destroyed in 586 BC. It is the day the second Temple was destroyed in 70 AD. It is also the day of the expulsion of Jews from Spain in 1492. It is a day of mourning.

3. On the “illuminati card” the time on the clock the represents Big Ben that is falling is 11:11. 1-1-1-1. Day one, one hour, one minute, one second into the ceremony?

4. Or, since the 9th of Av doesn’t officially start until sundown on the 28th, does the attack come (in Blake’s new Jerusalem) one day later when all the dignitaries are gone?”

Many dignitaries have already refused to attend the opening ceremonies and there are some who are already speculating that Perhaps Mitt Romney or even The Queen might wind up in danger due to a terrorist event. There have now been 1,200 more troops now being deployed for the games. This is an indication that there is a war coming or as Selena Kyle tells Bruce Wayne “A great storm.”

did you actually watch the batman movie? because bane does not ‘get his hands on software that exposes fraud’. he gets his hands on software that lets him buy and sell tons of stock in Bruce Wayne’s name, which loses him his company. that’s why he had Catwoman steal bruce wayne’s fingerprints at the beginning of the movie, because he needed those to fake his digital identity. harvey dent’s reputation was smeared not by ‘under the table money deals’ that disgraced his name, it was the fact that he went on a, you know, killing spree at the end of the second movie and the truth about that finally saw the light of day. so the parallel isn’t as strong as you’re making it

On the morning of September 11, 2001, ABC’s Good Morning America went on a commercial break right before the first news of the attack. It was an OnStar commercial starring Batman, and RIGHT before the breaking news cuts in, Batman says to another character, “Things are heating up.”

The real ‘James Holmes’ was kidnapped to keep Dr. Robert Holmes quiet concerning the LIBOR program. The dude with the orange hair and orange jump suit is not James Holmes. He was found drugged out in James Holmes’ car behind the theater. A second gas mask and tactical knife were found at the far end of the building. The knife was used to assault a 13 girl who fortunately survived.

You guys are out of your cotton-picking minds. Do you really know what Robert Holmes’ ‘great’ software actually DOES? First of all it’s not ‘his’ – he was just one of a half dozen or so people who helped write it. It doesn’t do anything like what you think – it’s a trinket, for heaven’s sake, it’s a simple program for catching fradulent credit card calls of consumer accounts. That’s all it does – it looks at when the call was made and if a previous call was made on that card too clos to this call – if it is it flags it with a warning and people sitting at computers call the consumer and ask them if they really bought article xyz, if the consumer doesn’t remember buying xyz, they put a hold on the credit card so the consumer doesn’t get charged for a bunch of **** he didn’t buy. It has ZERO to do with international banking, LIBOR scandal, which has been going on for years and already is very, very widely known how broad it is, besides a guy like Holmes would be absolutely clueless when it came to any issues even remotely associated with LIBOR. LIBOR was no international global illuminati conspiracy, guys, it was some officials in england and the US getting together to make some you-scratch-mine-i’ll-scratch-yours money off mis-reporting bank-to-bank loan rates – a loophole that will be closed now that it’s known it goes on. Robert Holmes could no more testify on the LIBOR scandal than the man in the moon could.
