Everything is fake in our society today - or at least a great many things are. Our world is filled with an extraordinary amount of lies, deception, disinformation, misinformation, fakery, fraud, facades, mirages, propaganda and brainwashing. The good thing though is that once you awaken to the deception, you can use it as a tool for raising your consciousness. The idea that virtually everything is fake can be empowering rather than depressing. Sure, we've all felt overwhelmed, sad, angry and impotent at times when we've seen just how easily our (mis)leaders can fool the masses with sophistry and empty rhetoric, but they've all been placed there to challenge us to wake up more quickly and fully, and reclaim our world.

Here's my list of the top 40 pieces of fakery in our world today:

1. Fake News

Let's begin with the MSM (Mainstream Media), better called the lamestream media, and their "news", which is essentially corporate infotainment. The MSM waters down the news and makes it entertaining to further distract people from things of real significance. There is nothing balanced, impartial or fair about MSM news. In the US, Australia and many other Western nations, thenews is dominated by a handful of for-profit corporations who are legally bound to provide a return on investment to their shareholders. This means running "news" pieces which either promote the agenda of the corporate owners (especially the military agenda) or censoring stories which would hurt political allies and advertisers (like Big Pharma, who is the biggest contributor of funds for advertising on MSM according to former US Senator Robert Kennedy Jr.).

Additionally, the news is literally fake - remember the CNN green screen stunt where they pretended they were being bombed in Saudi Arabia but were really in a studio? What about lying news anchos like Brian Williams and Bill O'Reilly (Bill O'Leilly)?

2. Fake Journalism

Alongside fake news, of course, comes equally fake journalism. MSM journalists today are not the true investigative reporters of yore. There are exceptions such as journalists who used to work for the MSM Big 6 and are now working independently (either leaving of their own volition or having been fired) such as Ben Swann andSharyl Attkisson. However, they are few and far between. Most journalists function as little more than parrots repeating the corporate party line, and are too scared to rock the boat for fear of losing their jobs. The White House strictly controls who has "access" to the President and other officials. In general, if you want more access, you have to toe the line and ask easy, softball questions that make politicians look good. Additionally, the Government admitted it madevideo news releases or prepackaged news for the MSM, which then broadcast these releases as "news" without disclosing to its viewers that the pieces were premade by the Government!

3. Fake Entertainment

On the topic of media, let's turn our attention to Hollywood and the entertainment industry. If you're looking for fakery and superficiality, look no further, because Hollywood and certain parts of southern California are about as shallow as it gets. The dominating culture there dictates that it's more important what you look like than who you are; more important who you hang out with (and are seen with) than what you know; and more important how big your Botox lips or silicone breasts are than how big your heart is; and more important what you own and what's in your bank account than what gifts you've given to the world.

Hollywood's film and music industries are imbued with Satanism. This is easily seen with its influence on heavy metal, rock, hip hop and these days even pop (take a look at the Illuminati symbology in the music and videos of Madonna or Katy Perry). Actresses such as Rosanne Barr and many other Hollywood insiders have exposed how mind control, prostitution (turning up-and-coming stars into prostitutes or forcing them to have sex to "make" it) and pedophilia are rife throughout Hollywood. Michael Jackson suffered from mind control and attempted to tell the world before he was killed. Many others such as Mariah Carey and Britney Spears show obvious signs of mind control.

4. Fake Corporate PR and Advertising

Another aspect of visual media (TV) that makes you sick are thesegeneric "we care" fake feel-good commercials made by slick marketing departments of the corporatocracy, trying to get you to associate them with happiness, caring, giving, equality or any other value they choose from a list. They use marketing as a kind of weaponized psychology. Did you ever wonder why Big Pharma always shows beautiful models, happy retired people, bouncing dogs or smiling babies to peddle its poisonous, side-effect laden drugs? Corporations are soulless entities and legal persons - the epitome of fakery in many ways since they are fake persons with the rights of people and the responsibilities of none.

5. Fake Medicine

Big Pharma is the force behind Western Medicine, and Rockefeller is the force behind both of them. With its smorgasbord of synthetic drugs, vaccines, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, Western medicine or allopathy has earned the dubious honor of killing hundreds of thousands of people every year. A 2000 study by Dr. Barbara Starfield, MD, found that allopathy kills 225,000 per year in the US, while a 2003 study by Dr. Gary Null, MD and others, found that allopathy kills 783,000 per year in the US. Starfield concluded that Western Medicine in America causes:

- 12,000 deaths from unnecessary surgeries;

- 7,000 deaths from medication errors in hospitals;

- 20,000 deaths from other errors in hospitals;

- 80,000 deaths from infections acquired in hospitals; and

- 106,000 deaths from FDA-approved correctly prescribed medicines.

Null et al concluded that Western Medicine causes:

- 37,136 deaths from unnecessary procedures;

- 32,000 deaths related to surgery;

- 98,000 deaths from medical error;

- 115,000 deaths from bedsores;

- 88,000 deaths from infection;

- 108,800 deaths from malnutrition;

- 199,000 deaths related to outpatients; and

- 106,000 deaths from adverse drug reactions.

Now, with its antibiotic drugs becoming more useless in the face of rising super bugs, you have to really question whether an entire medical system that is based on masking symptoms, "managing" illness, and getting patients on a hamster wheel of pill after pill after pill, can really constitute true healing - or whether it's just more fakery.

6. Fake Scientific Research

Backing the Rockefeller's Western medical Big Pharma cartel is a massive pile of fake scientific research. Like anything fake, the veneer looks shiny and leads you to believe what lies inside is trustworthy and reputable, when in reality it's reams of biased and concocted research with a peer-reviewed stamp on it. Former Big Pharma reps, esteemed medical journal editors and even insider governmental scientists have all confessed the shocking truth that a large amount of the published scientific data out there is fraudulent and simply can't be trusted. 7. Fake Acquired Immunity

Another piece of fakery is the idea that vaccine-induced immunity or acquired immunity could possibly be identical to natural immunity, which one receives after having successfully warded off a disease (e.g. like chickenpox). Vaccine proponents even go so far as to insist that the unvaccinated are endangering the vaccinated by not getting their shots (the herd immunity argument) - which defies logic, since if vaccines really worked, there would be no need for the vaccinated to worry about catching anything from the unvaccinated. I discuss how the human immune system is vastly more complex and sophisticated than we understand, and is made up of specific and non-specific parts. A vaccine does not closely resemble natural immunity in many ways, including only engendering a specific response, having a completely different point of entry, not conferring lifelong immunity, etc.

Besides, vaccines are full of toxins and carcinogens, including fetal tissue. The elite have admitted vaccines are being used for depopulation. The real issue is not herd immunity but rather viral shedding, whereby the vaccinated are infecting the unvaccinated. Vaccines are yet another example of supreme fakery in today's fake world.

8. Fake Food

True immunity is derived from lifestyle and diet, including what quality of exercise, sleep and nutrition you get. This brings us to the topic of food. Our food today has become so processed and packaged, so full of preservatives and plastics, that it has become fake food. It gets churned out of a factory rather than grown on a farm or field. It's full of artificial flavors and synthetic tastes - some of them even derived from aborted fetal tissue as Pepsi was forced to admit. Some of it is so refined and over-cooked it barely has more nutrition inside of it than a piece of cardboard. When you add the monstrosity of GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) into the mix, you get a final product that Dr. Rima Laibow calls "phude" rather than "food", because the final engineered, processed product is so far removed from what our ancestors knew as real food. By the way, GMOs, in case you hadn't heard, can lead to organ failure, infertility and cancer, and are genetically modifying you as GM proteins bypass digestion and go directly into your blood (as is their ultimate purpose).

GMOs by their very nature are engineered to withstand massive doses of chemical and hazardous pesticides. GMOs are basically a way for chemical companies like Monsanto and Dow to sell more chemicals, because people need them to grow Big Biotech's fake food. The WHO recently declared Monsanto's glyphosate and Dow's 2-4,D pesticides as probably and possibly carcinogenic, respectively.

9. Fake Water

Just as we have fake food, we also have fake water. Real water is flowing and alive, as you can find in a river or mountain stream. Unfortunately, most of our drinking water today is dead, having passed through 90° right angles in a pipe, having been treated with chlorine and fluoride (both toxins), and containing remnants of antibiotics, glyphosate and Big Pharma drugs. It may do just enough to keep us alive, but it's not allowing us to thrive.

Water has memory and carries past information, as the pioneering research of Masaru Emoto showed. It absorbs what you are thinking and feeling, and changes its structure accordingly. If we as a society keep using synthetic drugs and flushing them down the waterways, the water will remember that, and future drinkers of it will get the "memory information" of drugs in their system, regardless of whether they actually take pharmaceuticals or not.

Not all water is equal. How beneficial it is depends on how it is structured. It is heartening to see people promoting structured water, which returns the buoyancy to the hydrogen and oxygen atoms making up the water molecule. We are water. Whatever we do to our water we do to ourselves. One way out of the deception and conspiracy is to take control of your water, and find a pure source, or ensure you both filter and structure your water to make it as life-giving as possible.

Everything is fake, and seeing that helps us return to what is real.

Fake Facebook accounts are a legal way to search through a suspect's social media profile, a court rules.
If you're a criminal, be careful who you friend on Facebook.

A federal judge ruled last week that law enforcement can create fake social network profiles in order to search through a suspect's account. Cops can lure suspects into "friending" them and then use the content of their Facebook (FB, Tech30), Instagram or other social media accounts against them in court.

United States District Judge William Martini denied a defendant's motion to suppress evidence collected from his Instagram profile after he connected with an undercover account created by police officers.

The defendant Daniel Gatson argued that the police had no probable cause to search through his Instagram account. But Judge Martini argued that since Gatson accepted the request to become friends with the police officers, he enabled law enforcement to view photos and other information that he posted to his Instagram account.

As a result, the police did not need a search warrant. The sharing was consensual, the judge ruled.

Law enforcement has increasingly made use of the fake accounts tactic over the past year, angering social media companies, including Facebook and its Instagram subsidiary. Facebook has said it is "deeply troubled" that its customers consent to a legal search by friending fake accounts.

In October, Facebook sent a letter to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration demanding that agents stop impersonating users on the social network.

"The DEA's deceptive actions... threaten the integrity of our community," Facebook chief security officer Joe Sullivan wrote to DEA head Michele Leonhart. "Using Facebook to impersonate others abuses that trust and makes people feel less safe and secure when using our service

In my work as a writer and a broadcaster who does not follow the script of Clear Channel Communications or MSNBC, I know all too well that the potential dangers that I face in my attempts to reveal the truth about the lawlessness and abject criminality of so many in power. Clancy, Hastings and Breitbart remind all activists that we take significant risks to do what we do. I decided several years ago that I was willing to take the risk as are so many of my media colleagues. However, I have discovered that I was unprepared to be a father to a child who is growing up in a time of unprecedented corporate and government tyranny.

At the heart of my dilemma as a parent, is how do I teach my son to develop a fundamental respect for many of our political and corporate leaders who have no moral compass?

Even If You Have Not Kept Up,Times Have Changed

There was a time that a child could produce a mediocre track record in high school, not go to college, but were able to work in a factory or a department store and climb the ranks and subsequently live a life of wonderful opportunities.

With 86% of our 1968 based manufacturing gone to overseas markets, those days of second chance opportunities are gone forever.

When the Blinders Come Off

My soon-to-14 year old son is showing signs of asking questions befitting an adult perspective of our present political and economic situation. I am not bashful about identifying the misdeeds of our government when I am writing or broadcasting. Also, I know that I have the intellectual capacity to explain to my son how bad things have become in terms he can understand. However, I have found that I am lacking the skill and knowledge to explain to my son just how bad things are without taking away his hope for the future.

I am running out of time to begin to formulate a dialogue with my son as I know that I will have to say something and say it very soon. Just the other day, my son made fun of Obama and his nation of birth, Kenya. As my readers and listeners will tell you, I don't pursue the "birther issue" a s a point of emphasis in my advocacy. Yet, my son is keenly aware of this issue. Last night as we were driving home from play that we attended, my son offhandedly said "the rich control Obama and he controls us like a dictator". In other words, he is getting his education about the New World Order from sources from "OTP" (i.e. other than parents). I asked him where he got that information and he said "some of the kids at school say Obama is a member of Illuminati and it is all over Youtube". Life was so much easier when I controlled most of his access to information. I knew that this day would come, but I am finding that I am not prepared with ready made answers about how the world really works. Most adults don't know how the world works.

Although my son has a growing awareness of how pervasive political corruption is, he does not talk about how he and his contemporaries are facing a world of declining professional opportunities.

Gaps In My Son's Knowledge

HOW DO PEOPLE GET WEALTHY IN TODAY'S AMERICA?

A total of 90% inherited their money.

Back in the year 2000, 80% of men in their late 20's had a full-time job. Today, only 65 percent do. Sorry, my son, no silver spoon here. He will have to earn what he gets in a land of increasingly limited opportunities.

There is one factoid that I can fully embrace:

College graduates make four times more, in the course of their lifetime, as do non-college graduates.

Yet, the price of a college education is rising 8 times faster than the cost of living. The ship of economic hope started sailing toward the horizon for many of our children nearly a generation ago when we allowed our corporate controlled Congress to pass the job and wage killing free trade agreements of NAFTA and CAFTA.

RED, WHITE AND SCREWED

Figures may lie and liars may figure, however, there are some numbers that cannot be ignored and they serve to underscore the increasing sense of hopelessness that is creeping across the country.

During 2011, 53 percent of all Americans with a bachelor's degree under the age of 25 were either unemployed or underemployed.

At this point about half of all recent college graduates are working jobs that do not even require a college degree.

The number of Americans in the 16 to 29 year old age bracket with a job declined by 18 percent between 2000 and 2010.

Incomes for U.S. households led by someone between the ages of 25 and 34 have fallen by about 12 percent after you adjust for inflation since the year 2000.

In 1984, the median net worth of households led by someone 65 or older was 10 times larger than the median net worth of households led by someone 35 or younger. Today, the median net worth of households led by someone 65 or older is 47 times larger than the median net worth of households led by someone 35 or younger.

In 2011, SAT scores for young men were the worst that they had been in 40 years.

Incredibly, approximately two-thirds of all college students graduate with student loans.

According to the Federal Reserve, the total amount of student loan debt has risen by 275 percent since 2003.

In America today, 40 percent of all households that are led by someone under the age of 35 are paying off student loan debt. Back in 1989, that figure was below 20 percent.

The total amount of student loan debt in the United States now exceeds the total amount of credit card debt in the United States.

According to the U.S. Department of Education, 11 percent of all student loans are at least 90 days delinquent.

The student loan default rate in the United States has nearly doubled since 2005.

One survey found that 70% of all college graduates wish that they had spent more time preparing for the "real world" while they were still in college.

In the United States today, there are more than 100,000 janitors that have college degrees.

In the United States today, 317,000 waiters and waitresses have college degrees.

Today, an all-time low 44.2 percent of all Americans between the ages of 25 and 34 are married.

According to the Pew Research Center, 57 percent of all Americans in the 18 to 24 year old age bracket lived with their parents during 2012.

One poll discovered that 29 percent of all Americans in the 25 to 34 year old age bracket are still living with their parents.

Young men are nearly twice as likely to live with their parents as young women the same age are.

Overall, approximately 25 million American adults are living with their parents according to Time Magazine.

Over 50 percent of all stocks and bonds are owned by just

1 percent

of the U.S. population.

And we haven't even talked about the NDAA, REX 84, PDD 54, the John Warner Defense Bill, etc.

One does not have to believe in any conspiracy theories to know that we have left our children a pile of excrement to deal with.

The Broken Promise for Our Children's Future


Children need to be worried about their piano lessons, their sports teams, their first crush, their schooling, they do not need to be burdened with dealing with geopolitical issues stemming from the bankers trying to rape, pillage and run this planet into the ground. Yet, our children's lives are increasingly being dominated by this march towards economic and political totalitarianism.

If you are awake as to what is going on and you have children, you will one day be forced to answer the questions that your children ask about the world that they live in. And for the life of me, I do not know how to tell my child how to survive of diminishing opportunities in the New World Order. Do you? If so, I would like to hear your suggestions. Meanwhile...

The plan is called America 2050 and the concept is based upon the creation of megacities. In order for the megacities concept, which is well underway, to come to fruition, American suburbs and rural areas must be completely depopulated. This process is underway and the Obama administration is accelerating the process.

This will come as a shock to many reading this article because they did not learn of these events from FOX or CNN. However, in actuality, the process of moving the United States towards a complete Agenda 21 style of total urbanization has already commenced and it began nearly 20 years ago. In the case of total urbanization, the United States is in the process of dividing the country into 11 large densely populated urban centers. The concept, which will be the subject of a future investigation, will explore this "end-game" strategy of the globalists which will depopulate the America's suburbs and and rural areas. The concept is called megacities and the framework was laid in 1994, when the United States became official participants in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which was a 'liberalized' trade agreement between Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Under NAFTA, farmers' income in all three countries has plummeted and millions of small farmers have lost their land, while agribusiness corporations (i.e. large government subsidized corporate farms) have reaped huge profits. Subsequently, NAFTA has had three dramatic effects on farmers in North America and all three effects further the cause dense urbanization as outlined in Agenda 21 documents.

NAFTA Was the Beginning of Rural Flight In the United States

The first notable effect of NAFTA is that it it is credited with greatly accelerating illegal immigration and almost Immediately bankrupted over three million farmers in northern Mexico and this group became the vanguard of millions of Mexicans illegally entering the US in search for subsistence work of any type.

The second dramatic impact of NAFTA lies in the fact that it has had catastrophic consequences for U.S. farmers as a record number of small farmers have lost their farms and have gone through foreclosure while the government subsidized corporate farms have thrived. Since NAFTA, the average annual growth of the US trade deficit has been 45% higher. Also since NAFTA took effect, about 170,000 small family farms have gone bankrupt which represents a decline of 21% of family farms in the U.S. The 21% of American small farmers who have been bankrupted since the advent of NAFTA, represents a higher percentage of displaced American farmers than what is happening with the forced relocation of Chinese farmers to the ghost cities as covered in the first part of this series. And what happens to American small farmers who have lost their livelihood? They either work on their former competitors corporate farms as hired hands, or they relocate to urban areas in search of employment.

In a case of "death by a thousand cuts", the American farmer is rapidly moving towards extinction. If it is not the EPA enforcing its Agenda 21 wetlands regulations with devastating consequences on farmers, it is the FDA harassing farmers for pursuing time-honored farm related industries such as the raw milk industry. Congress is plotting new attacks on the U.S. farmer as I write these words. Even Amish farmers have felt the "swat-team wrath of the federal government. Average, everyday Americans are being arrested for merely growing their own food. The relationship between the federal government and the independent American farmer has become so strained that a 17 county region in northern California and southern Oregon have come together to try and form a 51st state dubbed the State of Jefferson.

Whether it is China or the U.S., the United Nations Agenda 21 urbanization policies are designed for the purpose of herding people into dense urban areas for reasons of control and the primary method of control has to do with dominating food production.

The US Government Is Gaining Control Over All Food

Through the collectivization of the food production, the Chinese government is working towards gaining complete control over all food in order to control the people. On an ever increasing basis, NAFTA is providing the U.S. government with the exact same ability. Therefore, the third draconian impact of NAFTA is that it has led to even more nefarious free trade agreements and executive orders which led to the loss of control for local communities over their own food supply.

Underlying the World Trade Organization, the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA which has now morphed into the Organization of American States), and the Central American Free Trade Agreement is the philosophy that all food (i.e. from basic grains, meat, fruits and vegetables) should be exclusively produced for international export. This is a drastic departure from the time honored practice where each country produced the majority of food its citizens needed on local, small farms and only traded in certain products that could not be successfully grown locally. If anyone wonders where this is headed, we only have to look to Africa for the answer. The very first great wave of a NAFTA style of globalization in agriculture took place in Africa, Asia, and Latin America as global corporations forced local farmers to give up local food production, and shifted production to plantations using enslaved Indigenous and African labor to grow the luxury crops of coffee, sugar, bananas, and cocoa for export to the colonizing countries.

If the changing nature of food production in Africa are not enough to raise the level of concern for most, perhaps a quick history lesson will jolt the more complacent among you into a state of full awareness.

Josef Stalin engaged in his own Soviet style Holocaust when, in 1932 and 1933, and estimated six to 20 million people in the Ukraine died from starvation when Stalin implemented his prescription of "hope and change" policies in order to eliminate the Ukrainian's desire for becoming their own nation-state.

Upon assuming power, the Stalinist Communist regime rapidly nationalized the food industry and forced all of the region's farms into collectives. Thus, Stalin's version of the Holocaust came to fruition in what history has dubbed, the "Holdomor," in which millions perished in only a two year period when the Soviet government began to exterminate the Ukrainian population by taking control of food and food production. The large corporate collectivization of food is precisely the same thing that is presently happening in the United States under Obama.

The lesson here is, if the government controls the food, the government controls the people.

Starvation Will Be Used to Enforce the Agenda 21 Depopulation of Rural Areas

The use of food by the U.S. government has been a matter of official U.S. governmental covert policy since 1974-1975.

In December, 1974, the National Security Council directed by Henry Kissinger completed a classified study entitled, "National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests." The study was based upon the unproven claims that population growth in Lesser Developed Countries (LDC) constituted a serious risk to America's national security.

In November 1975, President Ford, based upon the tenets of NSSM 200, outlined a classified plan to forcibly reduce population growth in LDC countries through birth control, war and famine. Ford's new national security adviser, Brent Scowcroft, in conjunction with CIA Director, George H. W. Bush, were tasked with implementing the plan and the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture assisted in the implementation of these insane genocidal plans.

NSSM 200 formally raised the question, "Would food be considered an instrument of national power? ... Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can't/won't control their population growth"? Kissinger has answered these questions when he stated that he was predicting a series of contrived famines, created by mandatory programs and this would make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary in this modern day application of eugenics in a scheme that would allow Henry to have his cake and eat it too in that the world would finally be rid of the "useless eaters!"

Third world population control, using food as one of the primary weapons, has long been a matter of official covert national policy and a portion of President Obama's Executive Order (EO 13603), National Defense Resources Preparedness is a continuation of that policy. Only now, the intended target are not the LDC's but, instead, the American people.

With the stroke of his pen, Obama has total and absolute control over all food where his EO 13603 states:

e) "Food resources" means all commodities and products, (simple, mixed, or compound), or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being ingested by either human beings or animals, irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. "Food resources" also means potable water packaged in commercially marketable containers, all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal or marine fats and oils, seed, cotton, hemp, and flax fiber, but does not mean any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

(f) "Food resource facilities" means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm), and other facilities required for the production, processing, distribution, and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer..."

NAFTA was merely the opening artillery bombardment against the American farmer and the ultimate depopulation of rural areas. The death of the American farmer will ultimately come at the hands of EO 13603 and I believe this will be fully implemented when Obama declares martial law.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Pennsylvania foster children take psychotropic medications and antipsychotics at a far higher rate than other youth in the state, a study released Tuesday found.

School-aged children in foster care use psychotropic drugs meant to treat mental and behavior disorders at nearly three times the overall rate for youth in the state's Medicaid system, according to a study by the state Department of Human Services and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

The study, which used Medicaid data from 2007-2012, found 43 percent of foster children ages 6-18 being given the medications, compared with 16 percent of the overall youth population.

"The research confirms our concerns and shows an unacceptable use of these medications for children in foster care," Human Services Secretary Ted Dallas said.

The rate for antipsychotics drugs, a subset of psychotropics used for schizophrenia, bipolar disorder other conditions, was four times higher for foster children — 22 percent vs. 5 percent, the study found.

More than half of youth antipsychotic users in the study had a diagnosis of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, but no other diagnosis that warranted the use of antipsychotics, the study's authors said.

The study found the use of multiple classes of medications in combination occurred at a four times higher rate — 12 percent vs. 3 percent — for foster children than all youth in Medicaid and that foster children using psychotropic drugs were less likely to have visited a health care providers for their behavioral concerns.

It also found that children ages 3-5 used psychotropic medication and multiple classes of medications at a significantly lower rate, but that the rate for children in foster care was double the overall youth rate.

Dallas said the Department of Human Services will offer telephone consulting to medical providers, update assessment tools and revise consent guidelines for prescribing and create an electronic dashboard to monitor psychotropic drug usage.

"While we know that many children benefit from medication, we also need to invest in proven alternatives, since too many children continue to be prescribed medications for non-approved indications," study co-author Kathleen Noonan said.

[SPECIAL REPORT] A $1 Billion Agenda 21 Ghost City Is Being Built In New Mexico

Imagine if you would, a sprawling city in the middle of the desert with technologically advanced roads, buildings, homes, street lights, and cars that drive themselves, without humans. A sustainable living project, of course without such a label, known as CITE (Center for Innovation and Technology Evaluation) is being built in the New Mexico desert.

The project is being financed by Pegasus Global Holdings, which is in bed with government agencies such as the Department of Defense, Marine Corps, and White Sands Missile Range.

Also involved in this advanced Ghost City, is the Department of Homeland Security.

The first of its kind real life Sim City, will have drones, driver-less cars and will include tall office buildings, narrow alleys, parks, houses, churches and, a simulated interstate highway. The project is a live testing ground of a city with a population of 35,000 people. Is there more to this than meets the eye?

In short, Agenda 21 is a "non-binding" action plan developed and run by the united nations, implemented at the local level. It is sustainable living where humans have no freedoms or rights, and must conform to a living structure straight out of George Orwell's 1984. A technocrats dream, where our energy output can be taxed and regulated, and mega cities are jam packed with humans in a technologically advanced city that is controlled. Quite literally. - Will it ever come to fruition? Let's hope not. (Note: This description is Agenda 21 at it's worst, pulling in to the plan all other programs with Agenda 21, this what you would get at as a result.)

CITE-CITY, could very well be the first real world laboratory where the technocrats get to test their dream of a techno-controlled city that is nearly fully automated. Looking into the ghost city planned for New Mexico, it is hard to find in-depth descriptions and plans on exactly what scientists are looking for in terms of specific studies and research, other than the ability to test cities of the future in a controlled environment. The experiments could revolve around intelligent transportation systems (such as AI-enabled traffic management and roads filled with driver-less delivery vehicles), alternative energy power generation such as solar and geothermal, smart grid technologies, or experiments in the areas of data collection, sensors, public monitoring, security, and computer systems.

The planned initial core user application areas envisioned to be tested and evaluated within CITE include, but are not limited to:

  •  Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)

  •  Green Energy: Alternative Energy Power Generation (e.g. Geothermal, Solar)

  •  Smart Grid Technologies

  •  Telecommunications

  •  Resource Development (e.g. Desalinization)

  •  Security

As a privately-owned, privately-operated test and evaluation center, CITE is open and accessible to a wide array of public and private customer segments - domestic and international. The structure and policies in place at CITE are specifically designed to remove legal, cultural and budgetary impediments as are currently prevalent in the process of moving beyond basic research and development activities.

At its core, CITE is about the establishment of developmental partnerships, bringing researchers from federal, university, commercial, international and other sources together to collaborate, forge relationships, and channel funded research and development into new products and partnerships.

The CITE project has received relatively low media coverage, which is suspicious for such an ambitious project that the DHS has a hand in. According to Pegasus Global "Homeland security is a key component of the plan for CITE, which will include a secure testing area for first responder technology with the benefit of proximity to the civil and commercial infrastructure."

An Agenda 21 test city would look just like this. Although Agenda 21 has received some push back from citizens across the country, it is still a program most people know nothing about. With the public-private type approach Pegasus Holdings/CITE is using, it is much easier to get around certain restrictions a full-on government project would be subject to. Not far from the projects location, is the White Sands Missile Range, which is interesting considering CITE plans to simulate what would happen to a city if an EMP attack were to occur.

The "ghost city," will also have a sort of central nervous system, where data can be collected, or data mined, and analyzed in the Lab. Is this what we can expect in the near future for all cities?

Is this an Agenda 21 trial run? That is up to you to decide.
