The UN secretary-general said nuclear war is "back within the realm of possibility" following Russia's warning it was putting its nuclear forces on alert amid its war in Ukraine that threatens to draw NATO into direct combat with Russia. 

In 2017, Russian state media detailed how Moscow would annihilate US cities and areas after a nuclear treaty collapsed and put the Cold War rivals back in targeting mode — a shocking threat even by the Russian regime's own extreme standards. 

Hyping up a then-new hypersonic nuclear-capable missile, Russian state TV said the Pentagon, Camp David, Jim Creek Naval Radio Station in Washington, Fort Ritchie in Maryland, and McClellan Air Force Base in California, would be targets, according to Reuters.

But the latter two have been closed for over two decades, making them strange choices for targets. 

With most everything from the Russia or its heavily censored media, it's best to take its claims with a grain of salt. Instead of taking Russia's word for it when it comes to nuclear targets, Insider got an expert opinion on where Moscow would likely try to strike.

Since the Cold War, the US and Russia have drawn up plans on how to best wage nuclear war against each other; and while large population centers with huge cultural impact may seem like obvious choices, strategists believe a nuclear attack will focus on countering the enemy's nuclear forces — destroying them before they can counter-attack.

According to Stephen Schwartz, the author of "Atomic Audit: The Costs and Consequences of US Nuclear Weapons Since 1940," as the Cold War progressed and improvements in nuclear weapons and intelligence-collection technologies enabled greater precision in where those weapons were aimed, the emphasis in targeting shifted from cities to nuclear stockpiles and nuclear war-related infrastructure.

This map represents targets for an all-out attack on the US's fixed nuclear infrastructure, weapons, and command-and-control centers, but even a massive strike like this wouldn't guarantee anything.

"It's exceedingly unlikely that such an attack would be fully successful," Schwartz told Insider. "There's an enormous amount of variables in pulling off an attack like this flawlessly, and it would have to be flawless. If even a handful of weapons escape, the stuff you missed will be coming back at you."

Even if every single US intercontinental ballistic missile silo, stockpiled nuclear weapon, and nuclear-capable bomber were flattened, US nuclear submarines could — and would — retaliate.

According to Schwartz, at any given time, the US has four to five nuclear-armed submarines "on hard alert, in their patrol areas, awaiting orders for launch."

Even high-ranking officials in the US military don't know where the silent submarines are, and there's no way Russia could chase them all down before they fired back, which Schwartz said could be done in as little as 5 to 15 minutes.

But a strike on a relatively sparsely populated area could still lead to death and destruction across the US, depending on how the wind blew. That's because of fallout.

Dystopian robot dogs are the latest in a long history of US-Mexico border surveillance | US-Mexico border

When the United States’ Department of Homeland Security announced in early February it was training quadruped “robot dogs” to help secure the US-Mexico border, the department’s spokesperson described the nearly 2,000-mile region as “an inhospitable place for man and beast, and that is exactly why a machine may excel there”.

But, of course, people do live, work, and try to eke out a living in this “inhospitable” desert space – leaving one to question what, exactly, the robot dog is meant to excel at?

The border has long been a testing ground for a range of emerging surveillance and policing technologies, which activists have argued make the space even more dangerous to migrants, all in the name of protection, law, and order.

Nicknamed the “smart wall”, the tools used at the border include semi-autonomous surveillance drones and surveillance towers equipped with cameras and night vision, and radar. Former US congressman William Hurd, who represented the only Republican-held congressional district on the US-Mexico border for six years, endorsed a plan to bury fiber optic sensors capable of detecting underground movement.

The robot dogs would be one of many technologies deployed as part of the “smart wall”, but they aren’t limited to the border. US police departments started trying out the devices in recent years. Massachusetts state police tested the robot dogs in 2019. Police in Honolulu used the same model to remotely screen its unhoused citizens for Covid and scan their temperatures.

Police have used robots for decades, usually for remote monitoring or to respond to bomb threats. But reports of robot dogs draw fierce criticism, for several reasons. First, they’re debuting in public amid a nationwide discussion on police power. Also, they’re expensive, ranging anywhere between $90,000 and $150,000, when many are discussing police budgeting. They’re equipped with a host of AI-enabled surveillance devices, alarming privacy activists, and do terribly on social media because they bear an uncanny resemblance to the world-ending machines featured in Netflix’s dystopian satire Black Mirror.

This played out last year, when the New York police department (NYPD) announced it would suspend its contract with Boston Dynamics, one of the main manufacturers of robot dogs, and return its Digidog after footage of the dog went viral on social media. John Miller, the police department’s deputy commissioner for intelligence and counter-terrorism, blamed “politics, bad information, and cheap soundbites.”

In the Bronx neighborhood where NYPD deployed the robot, however, criticism of their use was based on their own experiences with police, rather than social media outrage. Councilmember Kevin Riley, who represented the neighborhood where NYPD deployed the robot, said residents had long complained that police were slow to respond to calls for service in the neighborhood and many felt ignored. When the robot dog appeared, people in the neighborhood were concerned this meant less human investment. They were afraid the robots were a substitute for sustained investment.

Police and public service robots rarely replace their human counterparts, but removing the human element is always a fraught design decision, especially for the vulnerable groups interacting with them. The robots used by police and potentially on the border are semi-autonomous, meaning while they’re capable of maneuvering on their own, they are usually remotely controlled by a human. That distance can be useful. Consider the prototypes of police robots that would take over during traffic stops, potentially making them safer for police and motorists, or other early versions that saw robot dogs as functional canaries used to investigate potential gas leaks or downed power lines on oil rigs, construction sites and power plants. But it also makes people deeply uncomfortable.

Crossing multiple terrains

Each of these concerns came to the fore when DHS made its announcement, with some advocating for destroying the robot dogs outright.

The version of the robot dog potentially coming to the south-western border is particularly dystopian, recalibrating the devices to be essentially roving sentries. Each is embedded with different types of cameras (thermal, night vision, long-range) and sensors (chemical, weapons detection). DHS praised the device’s ability to cross multiple terrains – including sand, rocks and hills – and its durability in high heat and cramped spaces.

DHS’ choice of vendor sparked additional concern. While most police departments leased their pups from Boston Dynamics, which forbids customers weaponizing any of their tech, DHS chose Philadelphia-based Ghost Robotics. Late last year, the company debuted a version of its robot dogs equipped with long-range guns capable of hitting targets at a reported 1,200 meters.

DHS’s oddly cheery blogpost also implied the robots would be used beyond the border itself, including “towns, cities, or ports’’ where DHS agents might encounter dangerous conditions. Federal officials have increased authority to stop and search civilians within 100 miles of the border, despite fourth amendment protections against arbitrary or excessive stops and seizures. A 2019 report from the Electronic Frontiers Foundation tracked the surveillance devices used in border towns across the US, including facial recognition, military drones, cell-site simulators, license plate readers, body cameras, and facial recognition.

Human rights groups were, unsurprisingly, horrified.

“We create the conditions forcing people into taking the journey here, and now we plan to meet them with robot dogs?” said Jacinta Gonzalez, senior campaign director at Mijente, a Latino advocacy and migrant rights group, to TRT World.

Technology ethicists speak often of “mission creep”, wherein a specific technology or tactic is introduced for a single, specific purpose, then becomes normalized and introduced in new settings. Often this refers to the rise in military-grade equipment being funneled into US police departments, including the robot that Dallas police used to remote deliver and detonate a bomb in 2016, killing a sniper.

Going from gas-leak detection to migrant-hunting tools, robot dogs appear to fit the mission creep definition, bringing us back to the original question: what exactly are border robot dogs built to accomplish? Perhaps maintaining and automating the US border’s inhospitable character rather than subverting it, is the answer.

As an aspiring superpower, the Chinese Communist Party has doggedly pursued economic, technological, and military supremacy, often through illegal or questionable means.

The US Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security now says the Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences and 11 of its research institutions have been involved in the research and support of biotechnology, including brain-control weaponry, that the Chinese military intends to use to gain a battlefield advantage.

In a notice to the Federal Register published in December, the Commerce Department added 34 China-based entities to its blacklist, accusing them of "acting contrary to the foreign policy or national security interests of the United States."

"The scientific pursuit of biotechnology and medical innovation can save lives. Unfortunately, the PRC is choosing to use these technologies to pursue control over its people and its repression of members of ethnic and religious minority groups," Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said in a press release.

The US Commerce Department put the Chinese firms, laboratories, research centers, and academic institutions on the Entity List, which is designed to sanction individuals, organizations, and companies that pose or might pose a risk to US national security or foreign policy.

In addition to the Chinese entities, the department sanctioned entities in Turkey, Malaysia, and Georgia for "diverting or attempting to divert" US material to Iranian military programs.

The department sanctioned five Chinese medical and technology companies and institutions for their support of China's military modernization efforts and five others for acquiring or trying to acquire US-made items that would reinforce the People's Liberation Army.

The decision to sanction the Chinese entities follows evidence that their research, products, or services have a military application and are being used or will be used to support the Chinese Communist Party's human-rights abuses.

The international community has repeatedly criticized Beijing for its genocidal policies against the Uighurs in Xinjiang. The US has accused the Chinese Communist Party of crimes against humanity for its targeting and prosecuting the Uighur minority.

"We cannot allow US commodities, technologies, and software that support medical science and biotechnical innovation to be diverted toward uses contrary to US national security," Raimondo said, adding that the US "will continue to stand strong" against efforts "to turn tools that can help humanity prosper into implements that threaten global security and stability."

At the heart of the sanctions is the Chinese Communist Party's ongoing attempt to create weapons that would facilitate "cognitive control operations."

The Chinese military correctly asserts that advancing technologies are rapidly changing the nature of warfare. Beijing wants to have a modern mechanized military that is interconnected and can share information rapidly and smoothly, while integrating advanced capabilities to analyze vast troves of data and offer its forces a cognitive advantage.

As a result, Beijing has adjusted its military modernization priorities to include "intelligentized" capabilities alongside the mechanization and informatization of its forces.

According to the Pentagon's most recent report on the Chinese military, Beijing has been exploring "next-generation operational concepts for intelligentized warfare, such as attrition warfare by intelligent swarms, cross-domain mobile warfare, AI-based space confrontation, and cognitive control operations."

Cognitive control operations, using so-called brain-control weapons, would suit an autocratic regime that seeks physical and digital oversight of populations under its control, and they would have domestic and foreign applications.

Translated Chinese military reports obtained by The Washington Times suggest Beijing is looking to create weapons that could subdue enemy forces and reduce the amount of force needed to defeat them. Such weapons would disorient or confuse enemy forces, making them easy game for Chinese troops.

The Pentagon's report said that the Chinese military has continued its campaign to become a global innovation power by mastering advanced technologies, which aligns with previous Chinese Communist Party statements about the "intelligentization" of future warfare by using emerging and disruptive technologies, including artificial intelligence, quantum, biomedical, autonomous systems, and cloud computing.

What Beijing can't create or invent, it has stolen.

Last year, the National Counterintelligence and Security Center came out with a report listing five technology sectors it said were essential to US national and economic interests, and which foreign powers, including China and Russia, were attempting to influence or purloin secrets from.

"These sectors produce technologies that may determine whether America remains the world's leading superpower or is eclipsed by strategic competitors in the next few years," the agency said.

'Pulsed electromagnetic energy' the most likely cause of legitimate Havana syndrome, expert panel concludes

Apanel of government and outside experts assembled by U.S. intelligence agencies to solve the "Havana syndrome" mystery has determined that "directed, pulsed radio frequency energy appears to be the most plausible mechanism in explaining these cases," according to an unclassified version of their findings released Wednesday. 

The CIA concluded last month that most of the disorienting and sometimes debilitating health issues reported by U.S. spies and diplomats over the past five years were not part of a sustained attack by a foreign power. But the agency did say about two dozen cases could not be explained by undiagnosed medical conditions, stress, or other natural causes, and those "genuine and compelling" cases formed the basis of the new findings.

The panel was given access to classified information and met with people afflicted with the four core symptoms: sound or pressure in the ears; simultaneous vertigo, loss of balance, and earaches; "a strong sense of locality or directionality" to the symptoms; and no known medical or environmental explanation. "Pulsed electromagnetic energy, particularly in the radio-frequency range, plausibly explains the core characteristics" of Havana syndrome, the panel wrote.

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine reached a similar conclusion in 2020, finding that "directed, pulsed radio frequency energy appears to be the most plausible mechanism in explaining these cases." 

The expert panel did not consider or speculate on who might be behind any directed-energy attacks, but it found that non-standard antennas fueled by moderate power sources could produced such symptoms from long distances and through the walls of buildings. "Ultrasound also plausibly explains the core characteristics," the experts found, though it travels "poorly through air and building materials, restricting its applicability to scenarios in which the source is near the target."

Along with radiofrequency and other electromagnetic energy sources, the expert panel considered acoustic signals, chemical and biological agents, natural and environmental factors, and radiation. 

NBC News correspondent Ken Dilanian reports that some CIA agents are refusing to serve overseas because they are frightened of being left debilitated by Havana syndrome.

"This is another major twist in the long-running Havana syndrome mystery," BBC News reports. "Last month's CIA study led many to conclude that perhaps there was less sign of any hostile activity and that the causes were medical or psychological conditions," but "this panel restores the possibility of some kind of malicious activity back to the agenda."

This was originally my message to those who think they are being gangstalked and have no idea why, but for some reason my post doesn't get approved in that sub. I know a lot of you won't believe me and will think that I'm schizophrenic drughead with religious delusions but I got to a point where I don't care about anything anymore, I have no more fear left in me. This is my brief personal story and some of my life experiences, but it is connected to everthing and so are all of you.

First of all, I don't know if anyone has experienced any mystical illuminations lately or stange dreams, but a few years ago I started to become extremely psychic, which was developing very slowly (due to taking drugs that I got free from friends), started having precognitive and higher dimensional dreams, and this year I was guided by something to go through a nigredo. The Magnum Opus literally came into my life without looking for it. I believe many people are going through this, and I believe we are entering into a mass awakening event. Covid is somehow connected and the gene therapy vaxx as well, and so is Epstein, who was searching for the "God particle". This is the grandest fucking conscpiracy ever.

Anyway after going through nigredo, I started to see my life clearly and how all the events are connecting and has meaning behind them, how scripted everything was, and started to see everything in archetypes. I can tell if something is "fake", like when I was walking out with a friend and he insisted to bring a bag so he can put his shirt in it. Then when we separated, he asked me to give him my bag and later he will bring home (Because he had his shirt in it). This is an example of a scripted event that they have to follow in order to create the simulation. They also collect dna, like my hair, or for example when my aunt (a freemason) cuts my beard she "accidentally" cuts my face with the machine, so she has my blood on it. Or when my ex gf tricked me into fall in love again with her, I travelled back to my country to see her and tell her I love her. We had sex, then she told me she doesn't want anything from me. Before I left, she nicely cleaned my face so she had my blackheads and pimples collected. They need DNA's from time to time, because if they have your dna, they can "put" you into the simulation.

I know now, that they cannot get into my head. Probably that's why I, and some of you aren't susceptible to V2K. I know that they were trying to get into my head through my artworks and by pumping me with free LSD, they were trying to script my life to become an artist, and they wanted me to digitize my artworks into NFT in order to feed it into the super AI that is simulating the possible realities where the world doesn't end. My uncle also wanted to make a movie about me and my painting with his new 6K USD Black Magic camera. My other friend wants me to put my artworks into a gallery and make a "virtual tour" of the paintings. Basically creates a virtual reality and puts it up online. The reason they wanted my artworks is because I painted apocalyptic and biblical events where the world ends, like in book of revelations, and stuff that comes from the abyss. My "friends" when I was younger also tried to get into my head by psychic attacks when we were sniffing glue, and they couldn't get into my head. I wasn't hallucinating anything while my friends were tripping their asses off, and btw glue actually opens your mind to everything and to the astral realm just like pshycedelics. The "friend" who tried the pyschic attack on me killed himself a couple years later. He was a gangstalker. I also had a "friend" who came to see me sometimes just to steal all my money. He was also a gangstalker. Before he went to prison messaged me and was being nice to me, and he told me that the devil got him and there's no way out. He killed himself on the day he was supposed to be released from prison. I have too many friends that killed themselves, I also had friends who were being gangstalked too. They're all dead. I know it sounds like blaming them for my drug usage, but that's the way masons operate, the stalkers have to tempt you, that's how they actually ruining people, by hacking your free will, and I was very easy to be tempted by those free LSD's, coke, etc. They have been told to do drugs with me when we were younger, now they've all been rewarded, they're all succesful people with shitloads of money. Im surrounded by freemasons, literally everyone is in it, and I can see they are getting paid. I recognized that my friend is spending a lot of money while he had shitloads of debt, then they throw a scripted party and while I'm in the room, they are talking about how our friend went home and helped to sell their house. For about 40k (in USD) Scripted convo, so I will think that's where the money comes from. My father left us when I was about 4, I was exposed to a lot of brutality and sexuality, and he just disappeared. When I was around 17 he appeared again in my life, he helped me by allowing me to work with him, and we started to bond. He bought me a little land in my country, and we were planning to a build a little house there for me, but then he commited suicide. Not sure if it was scripted, maybe he wanted to get out, but they didn't let him.

I was also being poisoned by my family, my aunt and my grandma were cooking for me and my aunt was milking me while she just bought a new house for 1million british pounds and was selling the one I was living in with her 2 assets for another half million. She got married with a "businessman" who is rich and succesful, his story is like from a TV show, he was young, and he made a program or something and he sold it for millions and then he was just travelling the world and went to India, took LSD etc.. Scripted life, I'm sure he's a paid actor lol, and that is the cover story where my aunt get's the money from. I was also being poisoned by my friends when they were giving me drugs, they were laced with something. My body rejected it, I was having symptoms of bubonic plague (pestilence), not joking, there were big infected lumps in my groin area, neck and armpits that were oozing insane amount of pus. I had insane fever, and the pain was so intense when I went to the toilet I almost passed out. I didn't go to the hospital because I thought I had cancer or something and I just wanted to escape reality I was in agony. I was also being targeted by a raelian doomsday cult, I got involved with them on illegal forest raves, they tried to spike my drinks many times with GHB to knock me out, and were pumping me with drugs, but I got out before something went wrong. These people are abducting people and ship them to other countries probably for their adrenochrome and for their organs. They we asking for my blood and stuff, so first I thought they just doing human trafficking but it's deeper. I actually told them that I thought they were trying to kill me and guess what happened. Half the people moved city and some even countries. They also got paid nicely, lot of new tattoos, bike, phones, etc while they don't work and some of them are kitchen porters. They were collecting my artworks and were recording our convos, they had scripted question to shift the convo to my dreams and my visions, and recording everything, about my childhood, fav conspiracy theory, etc. This shit is insane and I'm so fucking deep in it, but I don't care anymore because I know that humanity is on the brink of the ascension event and the restoration of the primary Universe, and that we are all children of God. I've also met 2 witches who was heroin addicts and both tried to kill me. They both were tinder dates, but they were sent by someone, they were Thelemeists. One of them drugged me and tried to stab me in the back when I felt I have to leave the place, and the other one was trying to lure me to a forest. They were demons, they told me things like to rape them, fuck them in a morgue, cut them up with knives, blaspheme on an altar, etc.. The second one infected me with Hepatitis C, but a inner voice told me to go to a clinic to get tested which I did, and it was positive. I got "lucky", I got into the treatment straight away and got cured.

The real reason they are torturing us is because we are all part of a millitary MK ultra operation. Maybe some of your lives was scripted as well, you just can't see it yet. Think about it, could it happen to you? To be in Truman Show? This MK Ultra operation is closely tied to CERN, DOD, syllicon valley, all governments, etc as it is happening all over the world, btw I'm not from USA. They are basically shifting us into a different timeline to stop Judgement Day, and in order to do that they have to script the lives of some of these individuals. These gangstalked people play a key role in the restoration of the pirmary timeline where the Apocalypse actually happens, but humanity ascends and only those die who's name is not in the book of life. I don't know who we actually are, I just know that our lives has to be scripted in order to avoid the Ascension. This is the end of Kali Yuga, the end of the cycle, and they are all scared of the Judgement Day, because they are going to be Judged by God and he's very pissed off for them corrupting the timline. Kali Yuga has to end, they are trying to break the cycle by simulating these fake "realities" like the one we are in at the moment, aka the Clown World where everything is upside down and fake as fuck. This timeline we are on, did not exist in the 4th dimension and they are creating as we go. We are not on the pirmary timeline because the world was supposed the end and humanity supposed to ascend to the higher realm not long ago. Many realities has already collapsed because the Apocalypse always happens and humanity ascends. By the way DEW/5G is not actually to torture us but to try to modify our DNA's as we are evolving. As the mind evolves, so does the dna and the body. A lot of people are becoming psychic and this is just the beginning.

I know we are going into very mystical realms, but this is real and happening. Basically CERN wasn't created to end the world but to stop the Apocalypse by corrupting our timeline. There's a super AI that is simulating these realities, and they feed it's neural network with adrenochrome, so it can "dream" those realities. This shit is just too wide to cover it properly, and I'm not even scratching the surface, I have so many stories but don't wanna make this post longer.

I have experienced such crazy synchronicities guys it's insane. When my aunt convinced me to dye my hair blonde, then she wanted to dye it to pink. Pink btw is the archetypal color of the NWO and the hivemind, Babylon's two colors mixed (Purple & Scarlet). Anyway I bought this hairdye that was silver cause I wanted my hair grey/white, and when I entered the shop there was a nice girl who distracted me. She couldn't reach the top shelf and I helped her, and by doing that I chosen a different dye. When my aunt dyed my hair, it turned back to my original haircolor (brown), because it had the wrong dye in it, it was brown, not white. It was probably a mistake by the factory, but that girl was an angel sent by God. Or when my friend got sold out to the masons and when we were walking home he found a bag of money on the fence, it was 1pound 50 pence, which is 30 silver coin xD It was God telling me he fucking sold me out. He also "accidentally" cut his hand twice on full moon. Oh btw we were working in the most famous Occult and Thelemist bar in Europe. Believe me when I say we all have true free will and that's why they cannot just kill us. Free will and Karma is real, so is God's Judgement which they're fucking terrified of. Also I find all this shit out when I'm 33 years old? It's a sign from the Lord, I just cannot believe in coincidences anymore. This is not just in my mind, God led me here to find this out as I believe we are getting close to key points on the timeline.

I don't know what else to write, I have too much events and connections to tell, I just wanted to tell the gangstalked people out there that they are not alone in this, and look out for the fake stuff in their lives, drama's, scripted convos/events, etc, and I know you all will think I'm crazy but this is happening to me, and I believe it's happening to many others, they just aren't aware of it.
